I made an enquiry through via social media platform with Pinoy travels UK for Philippine domestic flights, an agent lady contacted me shortly via WhatsApp. Happy they responded on my query promptly, had some options and was very happy to chose the flights suited myself and my family. Made the decision to buy my flights, this was slow process but we got there and very happy it is done with no issues. So overall fabulous result, thank you to Lufelle who looked after me and was very grateful for all her support and customer care. Would highly recommended, and will use again.

Jonalyn was very friendly and supportive and patient throughout the whole experience. She did exhaustive searches to ensure we got the best results and was constantly in touch to check in on how we were doing : excellent x

I was just going to enquire about ticket for my daughter but Ms Lufelle was very helpful she listened to what I need and managed to find me an affordable ticket and booked it the same day, her communication is very good and very polite and sweet. Highly recommended! She is now keeping an eye of another bookings for my family this year. Very good team! The best travel agent for me, salute to you all.
