Fast delivery price was reasonable, I would only make one suggestion and that's more choice of beer and ciders etc

Great Tasting Home Experience

This was easy to set up, and the direction was very clear, the joy of making my own at home, I love it great tasting home experience that I recommend. The shipment was fast and the material of the Pinter is very sturdy, the process of ordering was hassle free.

My wife & I are brand new to brewing…

My wife & I are brand new to brewing with Pinter & so we decided to start our beer brewing journey with Deep Shade Coffee Imperial Stout & we ran into a problem with the mixing part so we contacted customer support & they really went above & beyond to insure that our experience was a pleasant one. They ended up providing us with detailed instructions that as of now are not on the app. Tiisetso was extremely professional & very understanding & really wanted us to have a good experience & set us on our way to what we hope will be a wonderful new hobby. Everyone we spoke to in customer service was excellent at their job & if we had any doubts about getting into this, we don’t anymore. Pinter is an amazing company that truly cares about its customers & their experience. A+ across the board & we are looking forward to brewing all of their beers. Once our batch is finished we shall raise a glass to those who helped us get to this point. Cheers!

Great tasting product

It is great, easy to use and taste great. Only problem I have it that I only have one container and it takes approximately 15-20 days to make a batch. I finish off the container and have to wait to have another great tasting beer. They do make a great product just hard to enjoy all the different tasting beers while waiting for the next batch.

Great customer service even better…

Great customer service even better beer.
I used to spend hours boiling hopping transferring wort making sure not to drop 5 gallon carboys
This is definitely the way to go.
I call it lazy man’s way to great beer.
Perfect amount of beer for me
I don’t have enough buddies to drink five gallons of beer this is perfect

I only received it today

I only received it today, and you're asking for a review, GD... give it a couple weeks before you start asking for a review....
So, maybe by the end of the month I can give you an honest opinion...
So far, it came well packaged and everything's seem to be included...
Only con: it did not come with written instructions, you have to use the app.... some of us like a picture book to guide us...

So, give it a little time to actually use it and then check in.....

Regarding the instructions, we currently provide these digitally through the app, as it allows us to guide customers step by step throughout the brewing process. That said, we absolutely understand that some customers prefer a traditional printed guide style of instructions, and we appreciate that feedback.

Should you prefer something more traditional, you can also access a PDF version of the instructions through the support section on our website.

Even I can brew beer, why not you?

So far the process has been pretty much idiot proof. When questions need to be ask either the Pinter customer service or the official Facebook page are quick with an answer. Had an issue, contacted customer service and boom, issue resolved!! I have recommended to friends and some have purchased their setup.

If you never brewed beer before you will amaze your friends and probably yourself how easy it is

I brewed beer before and it was a allot of work and time before you can enjoy your result. The nice part of the pinter system is that this process takes 2 weeks.

Out of date products

Started pretty well - however receiving out of date product isn’t the best. However let me say the issue gets even worse - not only was the press out of date, the hopper had a new best before date placed over the top of an old one to try and deceive people as to the best before date of the product. Customer services agreed to send me a feee replacement, I advised I would like my account cancelled as i don’t trust the product anymore and no issue my subscription was cancelled. Imagine the delight when I still received a replacement - but…..the exact same thing had happened and I had an out of date product and a hopper with the same new best before sticker attached.

Approach this subscription with caution

Subscription hidden in the terms and conditions. Nothing Free.

The website said nothing about a subscription. There was a special offer for free Pinter machinery. "Free" to them means you will pay for the hardware over time as you receive your next 24 obligatory brew packs at $35 to $50 each. Run.

The current Pinter US promotion…

The current Pinter US promotion includes the Pinter plus a selection of beers to brew. This peaked my interest so I decided to go for it. That was until 16 (sixteen) attempts to secure the subscription. I keep getting a prompt stating the phone number I use isn’t valid for their service.????? I have had this number for well over ten years and have never ever heard of this before. I contacted AT&T and they assured me this was indeed a valid number and account. I have been contacted by at least three different customer service representatives about this and NO ONE can come up with an accurate answer. If this is how they approach problems, my faith in their company and service comes into question. Thus far no one has been able to diagnose the issue nor a solution. My feelings are I am not wanted as a client and I should take my money elsewhere.

The error you encountered is typically caused by the system detecting details that may already be linked to an existing or partially created Blank profile. While the number itself is absolutely valid, the app can occasionally flag it incorrectly during registration.

We can see that a member of our team reached out on 08/05/2026 with further troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue.

Amazing bit of kit

Amazing bit of kit. As someone who has previously been beer making but not for a while. This is a relatively easy way to get back into the hobby. So much so that I may not go back to the previous way. The clean up is so quick which was one of my main bug bears. Have not tasted the finished beer yet as first beers are still fermenting. But so far really very impressed. The choice of beers is also fairly good. So all round a very happy chappy!

The Pinter is an excellent piece of engineering!

The Pinter is an excellent piece of engineering. It makes home brewing simple and FUN! It's a perfect way to dip your toes into the world of brewing beer, without getting all wet! And the beers have all been very tasty as well. Problems are rare, but if they do occur, Pinter customer service is OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend giving a Pinter a try! 😀
