Low profile shower tray and bifold door for under £215 ,what more do you want.

I ordered some new WC Cistern lever flush handles and both the ordering service and delivery time were perfect. I would certainly use the company again and would recommend to anyone.

We bought a freestanding bath. As we approached the check out, the page automaticly gave us the option to purchase the waste together with the bath tub. We went for it as it looked we can save few pounds if we buy together.
When the plumbers tried to fit the bathroom it turned out that the waste was the wrong type. When I called pioneer to ask them for a replacement, they asked the original back. By then the original pipe was cut as the plumbers tried to work around it and maybe fit it somehow.
All in all I had to order an other one and was fully charged!!! Totally wrong as they should have offered the right waste to begin with!!!!

Not much more to add than the first sentence. Found what I needed, went through easy checkout and it turned up well packaged a couple of days later.

I ordered a vanitory unit, basin ,tap and waste from this firm and had a great bargain price, with quality goods, and excellent service.

Not only was the price affordable, I received it in time as well!

Had never dealt with Pioneer Bathrooms before. Identified a shower-head which was just what I needed. Ordered and it came within a couple of days.

We ordered replacement taps as our others were too far gone to change parts and washers. A competitive price and similar style allowed us to order. We searched a few sites but chose Pioneer Bathrooms because of price, style and delivery.
All arrived within 3 days and we're fitted easily by me and these compliment our bathroom suite which looks quite well. The taps were well wrapped in a cotton bag and boxed connectors in the mixer tap boxing and thick individual polythene sleeve for the pillar taps for our basin.
Good service, no problems yet and they look like they've been their already for a while. Very happy!!

They delievered what was promised before the expected date whcih was a real bonus and it came extremely well packaged ensuring the product did not get damaged in transit. The quality of the radiators far exceeded my expectations and the look and feel of them is excellent quality.

Very pleased with Pioneer Bathrooms and the vanity unit and basin which we ordered however we would not recommend the delivery company - should have checked product before signing to accept the delivery!

I bought a shower mixer tap and when it arrived it was totally the wrong fitting to what had been advertised. I then called to inquire about the returns procedure and was informed that I had to await a collection pick-up which would cost £5 and then a re-stocking fee of £10. The total amount paid initially was £44.99 so I had to give away that £15 with no assurance that the company would re-imburse the difference back to my bank. It has been one week now!!!
So, No I would not recommend this companies business or customer service.

We have purchased a walk in shower screen from Pioneer Bathrooms which from what I can see looks fine although unfortunately we are still awaiting the builders to come and install it so it is still in the packaging. However the staff at Pioneer Bathrooms were friendly and helpful, the ordering process on their website was easy to follow and the delivery time was very short so had we ben in a hurry, this would have proven to be a godsend.

Even the invitation to review the shopping comes from two different merchant brands - pioneer and purity. Image the confusion when shopping - paying in one website, getting confirmation from the other and shipping notification from yet another one. Certainly confusing if you are shopping with few other merchants at the same time on top. Certainly does not help Pioneer to stand out among other retailers. In my eyes this should be the priority issue for the company

The delivery was cancelled on the day but was rescheduled quickly for a saturday. Good product at good price.
