1.First time using made like from 100€ To 300€. Invested 1000€, left bot for night to trade. In morning all money disapeared, becouse price dropped. Okay my foult for not setting loss stopper.
2. Second try. Invested 2000€, turned on bot. Price started to drop like meteor. In 3seconds lost everyting. Price of cryptos came back as it was before i bought. Checked all charts.
Didnt found a single chart that showed such price drope as in pionex app. :)

Based on personal experience, I would not recommend or suggest anyone using this exchange or platform. There are WAY better platforms and their customer service leaves much to be desired. The only reason I gave one star is because there isn’t an option to leave no stars, don’t use them.

Make it better for humans

I haven't actually used the service yet. I was about to sign up but read all the negative experiences. Doesn't surprise me. KYC, AML and jurisdictional differences have f'd up everything. Not necessarily Pionex fault but they need to do better to make things smoother for humans.

If you wish to initiate a fiat withdrawal to your bank account, it must be done to an account under your own legal name, which must match the name on your identity verification documents.

As the fiat withdrawal process is subject to manual verification to safeguard your assets and comply with recent AML requirements, you may be required to submit supporting documents as part of the withdrawal process.

If your funds are currently occupied in trading orders, you will not be able to withdraw the occupied funds until they are made available. To make your funds available, you may need to:

1. Close your bot orders.
2. Cancel any unfilled limit orders.
3. Redeem funds from the Earn section.

Once your assets are made available, they will appear as an available balance on the withdrawal page, allowing you to initiate the withdrawal request.

Be aware: Broken website and trading functionality!

Be aware, about 30% of all the bots won't show on their platform if you use a PC. They're only available on the phone app. How retarded is that?

EDIT: Response to Pionex:
That's not accurate at all, or your support lied to me when they said there are NO PLANS to implement it to your website. Besides, it's not only new bots, this applies to old types of bots as well as I have found at least 4 different types of bots not showing on your website. And you can't even see your crypto holdings (outside of bots) NEITHER in the app OR on your website! Your exchange is the ABSOLUTE WORST in the business!

If you want to have to go to a hell of trouble to get your money back this is the right company for you. They use fake wrong verification code messages as an excuse to keep your money as long as possible. If you need it quickly, just forget it. Money is not yours anymore whan it's in their hands.

This has been one of the worst customer…

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with any company outside of being straight scammed. I wired in $301,000 into Pionex on Friday 12/13/24. Bought BTC on Wednesday 12/18/24 with the intention of sending it to my offshore forex broker AAFXtrading.com On Friday 12/20/24 I was told I had a temporary restriction on my account until I answered some verification questions and showed where the money came from.

I submitted the requested information along with a statement from the mutual fund showing where the money came from. This morning 12/23/24 I was told my Pionex account would be permanently banned from sending any crypto and was not given any reason as to why. I sold my BTC for a 10% loss and now have to wire the money back to my bank so that I can start this whole process again with hopefully a more customer friendly Crypto exchange.

Words cannot say hope disappointed I am in the customer services and how much of my time was wasted with a -10% loss because I chose Pionex to try to do business with.

Unreliable company

Hello, I registered an account and requested KYC verification, and I attached to them all my real official data, as well as a photo of my government ID card, but it was rejected several times. I also attached a photo of my official driver’s license, but it was rejected. They ask me to email the customer support service, and I emailed them several times, but it was rejected. NO Verified by KYC.Well, what do they want from me? I deposit hundreds of dollars in my account until I see that my money has been frozen. The next day, I decided to delete this stupid platform and not engage with this nonsense again. I advise all those who want not to lose their money on this fraudulent platform.

They can steal all your money. I've changed phone and lost Google authentication, and there is no way to recover. Email and sms verification is not enough. There is a page where you can disable 2F auth. but it gives several fake error messages, so can't complete to send the form. (Surely fakes like counter is still going but says you take too much time on the page, IP connection lost?! (how?) and so on.) After sending it they still have to validate if it's your account even after sms validation...They don't want you to get back access to your account.

Edit: Yes, I've already read that lie. I've started the process half a year ago, then retried recently 1 month ago.
