I made a deposit on 8/7/2024 of a little over 2000. Unfortunately I lost my job the following day. After re-evaluating my financial situation(im broke) I come to the conclusion that I need to pay some bills with that money and not trade with it. when I tried to withdraw the money they put a freeze on it. Thats been 5 days and amount of response that I have received from customer service is laughable. I desperately need that money and its like they have no concern whatsoever about my situation. Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. They first froze my friend funds with over 20k $ inside without apparent reason. They initially ask for relevant documentation that explains those transactions. After giving them all the requested documents, they didn't respond anymore to the appeals. Suddenly one day after various threatens, one of the guy (mercenary) responsible for handling the frozen account of pionex started sending email to my friend email address asking for an upfront payment (bribe) to help him release his funds. This exchange included its personnel is a completely scam 💯

Scam! I strongly recommend to stay away from this company!
1) They are not regulated by any financial authority. So they could steal your cryptos and hide on the Bahamas.
2) I could not login into my account for two years. They claimed that my Google Authenticator code was incorrect. For no reason. Even recreating the Authenticator with my saved secret key did not work. So I say it's their failure, not mine. I applied to support four times to reset the authenticator without success, because to do so you have to answer questions about exact account balance, all trading pairs with amounts etc. Since the bots change the account balance daily, it is impossible to answer such questions. Support only responded to my complaint with indifferent text modules. (Now they changed the questions, so that I could login finally.)
3) The bots did not make much money. The fees eat up the profit. In three years six bots just made 8% per year. If I simply would have bought Bitcoin three years ago then I would have made 21% per year. Now it's your decision ...

I opened an account with pionex.com 2 months ago ,it claims to be automated trading app that means it uses bot to trade, that is not true, all it does is loose money, I have lost 25% of my account, I want to withdraw my balance or else I will not have anything left, but they have placed a road block and gave me run around, which i did not experience when i was making my deposits, they required my ID, all informations i opened the account with, and my bank account, I have given them all these informations, now they are saying that they will not accept my account because it is a joint account between me and my wife, they insist that i should open another bank account showing only my name, why did they open an account for me in the beginning, and accepted all the deposits that i have made, and I have other functioning accounts, never have any problems to withdraw, this company, money goes in and never comes out, is a warning to the public, they are scam, criminals and fraud. Very okay crypto platform. Money transfers from your own account to Pionex can take a few days. To bad they do not support iDeal. UI can use a few tweaks to make it more user friendly. Their API is incomplete (no functions to find out the amount of money in bots). But besides that, everything is working fine.

Difficult with HOrrible Customer Service
Difficult, Limited, Confusing, and customer service is horrid at best. They charged 20 fee to recover a deposit. The fee was 4 cents short and they refused. I couldn't send 4 cents by itself.. Its a joke. Many more better places out there. No live person to call. All chat to Foreign country.
