We ordered bespoke sized table legs. These arrived in good time. We were extremely pleased with the quality. I would recommend this company and we will use them again without hesitation.

Great communication and put customer service at the forefront they genuinely do, helped massively in ensuring what I required could be met. Delivery wise was fine and always responded to messages and the packing they put into ensuring no damage can occur was amazing. Honestly will be using over and over again.

Waited six weeks for our order. Cancelled it but they sent it anyway. They wouldn't accept a return as part of the order was custom. That item was not what we ordered, it was the wrong height. Company still refusing return and say they will no longer communicate with us. Absolutely dreadful, appalling company.

Ordered pipework shelves. Matt helped calculate dimensions. Arrived quickly, exceptionally well packed and have made an excellent value, practical centrepiece in my new, small kitchen. Delighted.

I placed an order for two freestanding clothes rails on 6 December 2025, expecting this to be a straightforward purchase. Unfortunately, it has been anything but.
I was given three separate delivery dates, none of which were met, and no delivery ever arrived. Attempts to get help via the website’s web chat were unsuccessful. I then phoned the shop directly, only to be told they could not locate my order. I was later informed that the courier had lost it and that the order would be resent.
Several days later, I finally received a delivery. However, the order should have arrived in three parcels, and only two were delivered. Once again, no one could tell me where the third parcel was. The courier used was FedEx.
On a Friday afternoon, I phoned Pipedreams Furniture and was told they would contact FedEx and call me back. No call was received. Despite the website stating the business is open at weekends, I received no response. I then had to personally visit FedEx to enquire about my missing parcel.
When I contacted Pipedreams Furniture again on the Monday to explain the situation, staff appeared unaware of the issue and had no record of my Friday call. I was then told that my delivery would arrive on Tuesday, 23 December. Once again, nothing arrived, and there was no follow-up or communication from Pipedreams Furniture.
I have now informed them that if my full order is not delivered by tomorrow, I will be requesting a full refund.
This is without question the worst customer service and delivery experience I have ever had. It is particularly disappointing, as I am in the process of furnishing a large new-build home and this could have led to significant future business. After this experience, however, that is no longer an option.

Don’t buy from this company if you expect some kind of service and the delivery courier they use is DX not one of the more reliable companies.
I paid for next day delivery, had an email from DX but then the order didn’t arrive.
So far I’ve called 3 times to Pipe Dream and the customer service person has just put the phone down on me as I asked for a replacement to be sent out. It’s their legal obligation to do so but she kept repeating the same line that the courier company is ‘looking’ for my parcel then admitted that the company takes over an hour to get through to them. At no point did I believe her and when I asked her to send a replacement she put the phone down on me! I’m so shocked and would not recommend anyone uses this business. She’s very good at arguing ao I suspect they get a lot of complaints..

Absolutely beautiful oak handrail, really happy with the craftsmanship. Good quality fittings and everything there. Very happy with service when I needed to get in touch with them.

I ordered a custom coffee table. I had so many questions and a gentleman named Matt patiently answered each of my emails promptly. The coffee table was made to order and delivered within around a week and a half of ordering. It’s absolutely beautiful and amazing quality! I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Paid for next day delivery and arrived 4 days later. Tried to reach out and customer service was very poor!

Paying £90 for pipe and flanges is enough but needed it quick… didn’t get it quick…. Won’t be using this lot again !

Great sturdy wall mounted shelves with reclaimed wood and industrial pipes. Just what I was looking for. The clothes rail I ordered to go with it wasn’t quite so stable. But after contacting the store, we came up with an ideal solution to resolve the issue. Shipping is quite fast as order are dispatched the same day. Building instructions are provided via PDF, so you need to be a bit handy with a tape measure and tools.

Really poor service not received order can’t get any response from emails been waiting 3 weeks for item that was ordered next day and told I could not even emend the order the morning after making it due to already being shipped next day avoid this company at all cost !!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a handrail and fittings. Due to be delivered on 13/11. Finally arrived 10 days later - Fed Ex are hopeless. Good quality product but the instructions are irritatingly thin...and genuinely unhelpful.
Looking at other reviews it looks like it is the additional details that let the company down but with such an expensive product, these matter too!

I’ve now had two orders with Pipe Dream Furniture, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

The first order was partially delayed with no updates from the company; the missing items only turned up the following week without explanation. The second order, placed just two weeks later, was dumped outside our property without anyone ringing the doorbell, repeating the same poor delivery practice from the first order.

While the first batch of products was good quality, the second batch of shelving and stair rail (ordered in exactly the same “medium oak”) arrived in a completely different shade more akin to gothic. There was no mention of any colour change on the website or during the sales process. When we requested a refund for items clearly not as described, the company tried to argue that statutory consumer rights don’t apply to custom orders; essentially attempting to mislead the customer and avoid their legal obligations.

The sales team were polite and generally helpful, but it’s clear that the after-sales process is designed to make it difficult for customers to return items that don’t match the description. Manufacturing and logistics might be okay, but the delivery failures and misleading handling of statutory rights make the overall experience very poor.

I cannot recommend Pipe Dream Furniture based on these repeated issues.

Update: Contrary to the below response, credit was never offered - this is simply an attempt to save face. Furthermore, they've leveraged this review to stop all correspondence to resolve the matter, so this is now being handled through a section75 claim.

Terrible, two days off work waiting for a delivery which I don’t even think they have any intent on delivering.

Update the goods have arrived and excellent. I just don’t understand in such a competitive market how a company with a good product can let things get so bad to attract 1 ⭐ reviews. Someone needs to get a grip of the problem and sort this out

I love this company they are always so helpful and provide a quality product, we are already planning our next project with them!!

Friendly service with fast response regarding the order and delivery. Ordered custom size piece so took few days longer but was really happy how it turned out.
Unfortunately didn’t get a time slot on the day of delivery but not major. Ordered again

Really unreliable company.
Promised delivery in 2-3 days,but I only received it 2 weeks later.
It was also the wrong colour and the window sill was scratched as well. The quality of the product is poor as well as the service

Their customer service, from first enquiry to delivery, is second to none. The products are beautiful. We have purchased their wavy edge shelves, the finish is exceptional. We will be going back for more.

Bought a shelf which arrived damaged. Pipe Dream Furniture not only replaced it but did so within 48hrs.
The product is excellent quality.
The company was very easy to deal with throughout and I would highly recommend them.

I came across Pipe Dream on the internet when I was looking to install a stair rail and wanted to see if the quality was the same as on their website so visited them in Dudley.

Customer service is excellent and I was looked after by Angel who deserves a mention for her patience. The choice of colours were enormous. The only change I had to make was to use longer screws than those supplied.

My delivery took a few days but I was notified by email when the courier would deliver.

Please try and visit the showroom if you can to truly appreciate what you will be buying. I now have a unique and quality piece of furniture for my stairs. 😊
