Items were faulty ( wooden shelves were concave ) Delivery was inaccurate. We were advised of three packages. Initially only one arrived. Next day package two arrived. No assembly instructions. Product quality poor. Delivery process shambolic. Customer service person was responsive and did her best.

This piece of furniture is beautiful. However , was not made to bang on the wall like the advertisement. Has to add wood etc on to manage to secure it to wall .

Would not recommend , the 2-3 day delivery is a joke , took 9 working days to get delivery , it was only part delivery, had to phone customer services as they were unaware, missing item arrived next day , told the delay on delivery was because my order was bespoke , the only bespoke about was they had to cut lengths of oak hand rail to length , fixings supplied inadequate for fixing to masonry walls , brass brackets marked stained , would not use again .

Absolutely dreadful, sent the wrong item. Rather than efficiently correct this they then tried to gaslight me by claiming I was wrong, despite my sending them photos of the clearly incorrect item. They then repeatedly claimed to be sending the replacement while doing absolutely nothing. Situation remains unresolved leaving me to claim a refund via my credit card company as my only current option.
So, useless and lie repeatedly in summary.

I'm editing this to provide an update and more information: over a month has passed now since placing the order, since submitting the initial review I've phoned them at least three times, emailed three or four times. They've most recently claimed the item was out of stock, then said it's back in stock, then said on three occasions it's out for delivery, and most recently claimed it's been delivered to the wrong address.
I don't have the tubing I ordered, unsurprisingly I had to buy some elsewhere as I needed it a month ago, they won't refund me either. As it stands I've effectively given Pipedream fittings an interest free loan for a month and might have to go through the hassle of getting my credit card company to deal with them.
Absolutely dreadful doesn't begin to describe the situation, everyone makes mistakes but most responsible companies sort them out.

I purchased an oak bannister which came with brass brackets and end caps. Although it was more expensive than others online I liked the quality of the product. I needed a Little over 3 meters so ordered 3 meters 10. My bugbear is that their site does not issue a warning to inform you that you will not find a courier to return the product should you need to if it’s over 3 meters. I contacted pipedream on many occasions asking for assistance, they recommended couriers but would not organise collection for me (at my expense) I explained that there were no couriers willing to ship the product for me so could you not organise with the courier that delivered it to me to collect it? They informed me that they would only do this if the product was faulty, in my case I hadn’t even unpacked it as we realised once the carpenter had finished that our staircase would be narrowed too much if the bannister was hung as it should be. Obviously honesty hasn’t paid in my case and although I’m attempting to sell the bannister on eBay it looks like I’m stuck with it. I really feel that Pipedream could have collected it for me and they should at least warn consumers about the 3 meter limit for returns.

Ordered 2 shelves and we are so impressed with the quality and finish. The colour (Gothic) is so nice that we have decided to order a desk to go with our first purchase.
The customer service and delivery has been amazing.

I ordered 2 side tables to fit my small flat and chose this company because they could make bespoke sizes.
My bales arrived today and are in pieces with home assembly required. I have rung in as there was no mention of this on the website when placed the order but the lady I spoke to just said the legs are easy to fit . The quality looks good to be honest but I’m very upset that these tables will end up costing me more as I’m not going to have to find someone to assemble them for me

This is the 2nd made to measure recycled wooden floating shelf I’ve bought from Pipedreams and it is excellent.
Fits perfectly and looks very classy.
I wanted the last shelf urgently so paid for next day delivery and it was here by mid afternoon the following day.
I will be buying more products from them in the future.

I’m so happy with our table legs, the blue colour is even better than I had imagined and is a lovely pop of colour for our patio. The quality is great and it was all packaged well for protection. Over all, very pleased :)

Having installed a glass/oak/stainless steel banister system for part of our stairway, we were looking for a matching handrail for the remainder. After much searching we found an exact match at Pipe Dream Furniture and on delivery were very pleased with the quality of the product and the cost, which is very reasonable compared with quotes we had got from local specialist stair installers.
Fitting was simple and the end result was good. The only minor gripe is that the screws supplied for fitting were not stainless steel so we swapped them out.
Would buy from them again based on cost, quality and speed of delivery.

Nothing but praise from me - the product arrived promptly and well packaged. I’m very chuffed with the table legs. Nice and sturdy, well painted and look amazing with the scaffboards to make the complete table.

Avoid the cheap alternatives, this is the real deal.

We ordered 2 round oak table legs with industrial steel bracket feet for our new breakfast bar, and when they arrived, they were of a good quality, but there was a bit of a discrepancy in colour between the two oak legs.

Whilst we appreciate that wood is a natural material and there would be variances, the tonal difference wouldn’t have worked for our project and so we contacted Pipe Dream Furniture. Angel in customer services picked up the phone immediately and went above and beyond to rectify this, immediately sending us two replacements which were perfect.

I can highly recommend this company for their professional approach, no quibble attitude and the speed that they sent out the replacements to ensure that they were ready for our carpenter to fit in the next couple of days.
