Great product and very pleased with the overall quality. The handrail was exactly as described and perfectly suited for installation outside a listed building. I purchased a console table from this company charged well over the odds and the item was not what they showed I called them and explained and the young girl who deals with complaints she started asking why I didn't like it why I wanted to return it and said well you new what it was when you bought it very rude and in other words would not accept I was not happy with this pathetic purchase . Useless delivery and customer service
Ordered the evening 25th Feb for next day delivery on 27th Feb, no text message with 2 hour time window as stated, checked the status around lunchtime to see it had been delivered only not to my address. Company said they would look into it and get back to me, I chased them on 2nd March and just given a fob off. After constant chasing it’s finally delivered on 4th March but wet. Absolutely useless customer service, ignored my requests for a refund when they hadn’t delivered, been promised a refund for the next day delivery cost but haven’t seen anything. If only I had read all the reviews 1st. Never again

We can confirm that the refund for the next-day delivery postage has been processed. Please allow a few working days for this to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Very pleased with the quality of our shelving unit! To be picky, one of the measurements wasn't crystal clear as we put it together on the website (but the information is there) and this led to returning and swapping to the size we required. However, this was dealt with speedily and with friendliness via customer services - so no complaints there either (thank you in particular to Angel!)
A bit of confusing trouble from their recommended courier service in returning the product, but again was refunded ok.

Product not as expected
I ordered an industrial solid wood (light oak colour) and metal (powder coated brushed steel) welded console table but I am really disappointed with product and the delivery service.
The delivery company is poor, promising delivery and then saying there was nobody home on 3 occasions, the company doesn’t answer the phone or respond to messages, and the product is not as I expected.
Although the dimensions are perfect, the legs have not been powder coated, they are raw steel and have black grease on them, the wood looks more like pine than light oak, and there is no template for screwing on the legs.
Sadly, I won’t be using this product as I live in a flat and don’t have the correct facilities to clean and varnish the raw metal legs, and stain the wood to a light oak colour.

Custom shelving
Couldn’t be happier with my scaffold board shelving
I contacted them with custom measurements to fit my requirements and asked for the pipework to be powder coated in black and nothing was too much of an ask
Delivery was still within 3 days, which honestly shocked me, and was packaged perfectly.
Will definitely be making more purchases in the near future.
My home bar now looks amazing 🤩

I brought a floating shelf from this…
I brought a floating shelf from this company it took longer to be delivered then the 2 to 3 days they said more like 12 days
When it came i was a bit disappointed with the whitewash wood it defo needed a couple more coats
The biggest problem was the brackets iv never seen anything like it there two big pins that you got to drill two holes at least 3 inches deep insert the poles into the wall screw the bracket on and then slide the shelf on i had to pay extra for the bracket cause it was going into a plaster board wall
I emailed them and said they were not what i was expecting and wasn’t prepared to wreck my wall try to get these pole into the wall
There answer was thats the standard bracket 🫤they provided i googled loads of company's and they don't do brackets like these only normal ones
So iv wasted £70 of my money and the company didn't want to know
So avoid !!!!

You placed your order with a request to upgrade to our plasterboard brackets. Upon receipt of your order, we contacted you to advise of the additional cost for this upgrade. This amendment resulted in a one-day delay to production due to the changes requested. Once processed, your order was collected by the courier. While in transit, the courier misrouted your delivery, which is confirmed within their tracking details. Delivery was subsequently completed. We are sorry that your order was delayed due to this error; however, this was unfortunately outside of our control.
After receiving the order, you contacted us and we sent several emails providing support and guidance regarding the installation process. It was only towards the end of this correspondence that you informed us your property does not have standard-depth walls. This was not mentioned at the time you requested the plasterboard upgrade.
We offer multiple ways for customers to contact us prior to ordering and actively encourage anyone with non-standard requirements or concerns to get in touch so we can advise accordingly. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the custom wall depth before your purchase and would have had no way of knowing this without the information being provided.
The item supplied is our standard plasterboard bracket with standard plasterboard fixings. We supply hundreds of these each week and do not encounter issues with fixing bolt length. Images of the brackets are also available on our website prior to ordering for reference.
We would also like to clarify that we have not closed communications with you. We have simply confirmed that the brackets supplied are our standard plasterboard brackets, as advertised.

The worst experience with a company I've ever had. Avoid at all costs!
I bought the 'Spirit Bottle Holder and Dispenser' from pipedreamfurniture.co.uk on 11/12/2025, paying for 2-3 day delivery as I needed it for xmas and this was ample time. I did not ask for anything bespoke. Various excuses followed and the item was eventually delivered way after xmas on 30/12.
1) The base of the item wasn't even connected to the unit (there is no indication in the product description that it's a DIY job, and it's just screws and a wooden base (no thread to screw them into - just a slab of wood).
2) The bottle/valve connector was missing too.
3) Most importantly, the item LEAKED in multiple places, so was not in any way fit for purpose.
I received an apology and was told 'This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide.' Instead of a refund, I was offered a 'alternative of a similar price', but there is no similar item and so they offered to send out a free non leaking replacement. This did't leak, however, bizarrely the size of the pipe leading to the tap (as was the case with previous items sent) was just 6-7cm above the base, smaller than the height of even a short glass, so unusable once again. I was send a THIRD dispenser, with a longer pipe, but this one again leaked, so back to square one.
I was repeatedly offered a £25 refund and to keep the item (which makes no sense, as the item costs £95). We couldn't come to agreement and I highlighted that these items were of no use to me. This changed to 50%, but the same issues remained. Staggeringly, as way of gaining agreement I was then told that the item is actually 'for display purposes only' , 'not meant for use/ consumption', and pointed to small text on the page stating so.
It's important to add that at one point in time this text 'did not' feature on the page (though it may have when I purchased), and that the much larger lettering on the page calls this a 'Spirit Bottle Holder AND DISPENSER', with it being pictured holding a full bottle of spirits. This implies that it is in fact a dispenser of drinks (which shouldn't leak, and should be capable of filling a glass with drink) . This was explained away with the following:
"The images show the item holding a bottle as the 2nd one sent to you will, there are no images of the liquid coming out of the unit, nor a glass in situ."
This is clearly a ludicrous comment to make, and it's really insulting to paying customers to try to squirm out of accountability this way. I have no idea how many of these dispensers the company has in stock and is trying to palm off on people, but anyone buying one is potentially opening themselves up to a miserable situation. The idea that this item is in fact a decorative feature or ornament of some kind is ridiculous as it clearly 'does' function as a dispenser, just very badly to the point there's no point actually purchasing it.
This is the worst experience with a company I've ever had and wasted a month from beginning to end. I eventually got a refund, but the company have since refused to remove aspects of the product page that will confuse and lead people to believe they can actually use this item (the image of a bottle of alcohol being used with it, talk of drink 'tickling your taste buds', the giant 'Dispenser' title). At best it's incredibly misleading. Avoid this company at all costs.
