Ordered two cases - one was out of stock and unlikely to come back in stock anytime soon. Offered a refund, ship just one case or one with a different colour for no extra charge (order would have been more expensive with the alternative case). I decided to take the two cases, informed they were shipped and they arrived the next day.

Excellent company to deal with and I plan on telling as many people as possible. Don’t buy an Apple case, buy one of these, better, cheaper and more versatile.

Fast shipping, great design, don't hesitate to order some.

I cannot think of another Company that gives such excellent Customer Service both at sale and after sales care. The lifetime warranty means just that and I have had several magnetic cases replaced under warranty. It begs the question why do they break but as long as they can be replaced from stock it is a minor issue.
Were out of stock but once in stock a replacement was sent. Never a question and always friendly service.
Highly recommended.

The initial purchase I made had a minor defect, and when I contacted them their customer support were so prompt and polite, offering me several options. I decided on an exchange and the two cases we received we have been really enjoying. The quality is evident in the small details, and their considered designs and variety are spot on. Pipetto Try make you believe Everything they sell is British made by having a lovely union flag logo on their website, I spent £150 on itemS I thought were British made and was so disappointed On arrival ,it was all made in China, I really am trying to buy British , absolutely disgusted

Very good ipad cover - very slim, clever, looks nice, easy to use and cheaper than the official apple cover which only covers the front of the ipad!

I was trying to find a best case which provides horizontal and vertical placement for my 12.9" 2020 iPad. For my knowledge there is now Pipetto and Moshi covers which only provide origami style cases.

In Pipetto's origami case I love versatility and more possibilities of placement than Moshi. Anyway there is 3 main reasons why I may end up with Moshi. Somehow the folding point of the lid is not strong enough and therefore cover doesn't always go straight on to the screen. Another annoying factor is when lid is turned totally to the backside of iPad and the magnets can not hold the whole lid and some part of it hangs loose...sometimes lid even doesn't stay there. Another a little bit more minor thing is that there is no protection for the apple pencil 2 in carrying mode.

I ordered my origami case and it had not arrived. I contacted customer service and immediately told me my order had been held up in due to Covid 19 mail delay’s. Immediately another was sent. Of course eventually the first one arrived. Then last week the second one came. For a small company their customer service is exemplary and as long as I have a Apple product I will continue using Pipetto products. And yes I sent the second order back to them although it probably won’t arrive quickly.

Product arrived in good condition and with key covers. The product quality is excellent and the material is very good!

Terrible cheap quality cases that do not protect your electronics and don't even bother returning the goods, because they are not giving refunds, they just dont answer your emails or phone calls.

I enjoy the iPad tremendously both for content consumption and creation. I have found that the kind of case you use makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Over the years, I have “outfitted” for myself and my family member’s 10 iPads with origami design cases from Pipetto. The cases not only protect the iPad, but the design gives you so many viewing and productivity options that enhance the experience. Great design, durability, and functionality.

That would be enough to strongly recommend these cases, but my experience with their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, sympathetic, understanding, helpful, goes out of their way to correct situations that may not have anything to do with their operation (such a post delays due to pandemic complications)...these are just a few of things that come to mind when thinking of their customer service.

I called to ask a question and the lady who answered had the courage to say "I don't know yet but let me go and find out and call you back". She did exactly that and I ordered the item, it arrived as promised and it was spot on.
