Excellent company
Excellent company. I ordered a new iPad case which arrived promptly, unfortunately it was faulty. However, after contacting Pipetto on line, the issue was handled speedily with no fuss and within a couple of days I had a new perfect case. Very easy to deal with, professional and polite, I had used Pipetto in the past, due to their quality, choice, prices and service and will continue to do so in the future.

Had a faulty product to replace
Had a faulty product that was under warranty. Used there website and had a new product issued in a couple of days and over a weekend. Shame about the problem with the product but hopefully a one off and the new one will do the job longer. Great speedy customer service.
Outstanding customer service
I had a small problem with my iPad case and asked for a warranty claim. Despite COVID 19, I had a replacement processed within 1 hour with no quibbles. The customer service was polite and quite excellent . This is a great example of a British company doing e commerce correctly. Highly recommended.
Outstanding Customer Service!!
I purchased an ipad cover last Christmas from Pipetto for several reasons; great style/colour choice, great design features and competitive price. The lifetime guarantee was an added bonus and to me, demonstrates true faith in your products! Well unfortunately after eight months two of the corner clips broke so I logged into my Pipetto account, explained the situation and sent a couple of photos. Literally within a day the team at Pipetto not only replied but confirmed a replacement would be sent and within a week it had arrived!
Customer Service like this, in this day and age, is so very rare. The team at Pipetto have nailed it are delivering a level of service most other companies, big and small, can only aspire too!

Customer service was great - delayed shipping not their fault!
Customer service was great! My item took forever to arrive in the overseas mail (UK to US) and they stayed in touch during the delay. Once a reasonable amount of time had passed (20 days) they went ahead and sent out a replacement. (Turns out it was not too much of an impact on me after all as I got stuck having to quarantine away from my home address during that time. They kindly offered to ship the replacement to the quarantine address, too. ) Lo and behold the original order finally arrived (shipped 7/9 and arrived 8/4). Once I get that they asked that if the costs are not prohibitive to send it back but otherwise to not worry about it. Very reasonable and nice. Wonderful customer service. The postal service is not their fault, but they took care of me anyway. The cover received is a nice quality and promised functionality. Thank you!
Top company with top quality products and service
So pleased with my new case! Top quality item with top quality service to match. I emailed customer service to let them know I had not received 10% off as a new customer and they refunded me the amount back.
Who does that, which company these days would go that far to please a customer without boring me with customer policy and “the system says no”.
I am definitely now a loyal customer who will always buy from this company and tell all my friends about it as we all love our Apple products.

Top costumer service as it should be!
Top costumer service! When ordered some covers there was one colour not in stock. The communication about the status of the order and colour was perfect.
When you sent the costumer service a mail you don't have to wait days for a reaction but mostly within 24 hours it's there.
But the warranty handling when you have a problem with a cover is "one of a kind". When you fill in the "warranty claim form" also there's a very fast reaction.
The cover is replaced by a new one.
Such a costumer service, that's something you don't see anymore these days.
I have had our own company in the retail so I know what "service" means.

Excellent customer service. iPad case I'd ordered was out of stock, they promptly replied and offered either a full refund or the same case in a different colour at no extra cost (although the alternative colours were more expensive than my chosen one). Requested alternative colour and it was shipped and delivered within 2 days of my original query. So far, I'm very pleased with product and customer service they provide. Also bonus of lifetime warranty!

Anna and her team at customer service are brilliant. They reply quickly to queries. She went above and beyond listing all the suitable covers for my iPad mini and even showed me that the model number is on back of machine, you can then check exactly which covers are suitable. This is my third cover, I like them a lot, good quality, there was nothing really wrong with my last one, there was a sale and I fancied a change.
If you have any questions just ask them, they really do lead the way in customer service.

Ordered two cases - one was out of stock and unlikely to come back in stock anytime soon. Offered a refund, ship just one case or one with a different colour for no extra charge (order would have been more expensive with the alternative case). I decided to take the two cases, informed they were shipped and they arrived the next day.
Excellent company to deal with and I plan on telling as many people as possible. Don’t buy an Apple case, buy one of these, better, cheaper and more versatile.
