Amazing products from a great company.
Not a bad word to say about the products or the company, I’ve purchased 5 cases and recommended them to friends and colleagues also, I’ve had 2 seedless warranty claims and recently purchased another case for a new 5th Generation iPad Pro.
The cases are amazing, quality, style and functionality. And the customer service from the company us second to none.
Faulty case? No problem!
I was given a Pipetto case for my birthday by a relative and unfortunately it didn’t fit my iPad Pro properly. I contacted Pipetto after I’d registered the case and explained the problem and they sent me a brand new case immediately. Unfortunately, this case did not fit either so I emailed them and they apologised and sent me a new folio case to compensate. This case fitted beautifully!
The extraordinary thing about this whole transaction was that I never had a receipt for the original case as it was a gift. I don’t know of another company who would have said “that’s ok, don’t worry, we’ll sort it out” in those circumstances but Pipetto did, and for that, they have earned my deep respect. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products these days but this company does and their products are superb quality!

Fantastic customer service
My ipad case which I have had for about 16 months recently cracked through no fault of my own. I made a claim on the lifetime warranty, which I registered for at the time of purchase. The customer service team responded within a couple of hours, on a Saturday no less, to say that they would be sending me a replacement case! Absolutely fantastic customer service and even though there was a fault with mine I highly recommend their products.

I recently had a claim under warranty (pipetto), well exceptional service. I had to send some photos to show the problem. They came back straight away and let me choose my new case, which got delivered quickly.
I cannot fault their customer service and a great product.
Great customer service
I received my iPad case which had some defects so I complained. Customer service was very good. They sent out a new case straight away and let me keep the damaged one also. Products definitely overpriced but good quality.
replacment under warranty
My mini i-pad cover was coming up to years old, and the corners seemed to be delaminating, making the i-pad insecure. I contacted Pipetto about this and they advised they would replace the cover F.O.C. without any further questions.
Almost 2 weeks passed, & i still had not received the replacement. I sent another mail to Anna, who most most apologetic and sent the replacement out 1st class, next day delivery, along with a £5 voucher for future purchases.
Its a pleasure doing business with this company. Perhaps some of the larger companies could learn from Pipetto`s excellent customer service.

An initial problem of delivery was really considered and soon resolved. Extremely pleasant people to deal with. The cover seems effective and amusing investigating the various options.
Good customers service but not so good products.
Seems odd that so many people praise their customer services when replacing so many faulty goods. Surely it would be better business sense if the products were manufactured to a more robust standard. Have had to have two iPad cases replaced and two iPhone cases. Unfortunately the iPhone case for the iPhone 8 is no longer available so offered a voucher which is pretty useless as there is nothing else they advertise that is of any use to me.
Excellent Customer Services
Had difficulty deciding which case would fit my old iPad as it was a very early version. Anna guided me towards the correct one and it was ordered and received within 3 days. This is the second one I have bought, lovely product and very helpful customer support.
Replacement ipad cover
I contacted Pipetto regarding an ipad cover I'd had for 3 years which had deteriorated wondering whether it might still be under warranty.
It wasn't, but Anna offered me a £10 voucher to use on the website towards another one. As there was a sale on, I got a very good deal and I was very happy with the customer service and prompt response. Thank you, Pipetto!
Warranty claim after two years
I purchased an iPad cover just over 2 years ago. I was very pleased it was beautifully made. It has been used daily over the last two years and has taken a lot of use. Recently due to wear the little magnets on the edge that keep the case closed came out. I made a claim under the lifetime warranty. Pipetto were very quick and provided excellent service in sending me a replacement. I would strongly recommend there products and excellent customer service.

Some parts of the edge of my I-pad case started to crumble away, and after two years I contacted Pipetto's Customer Service about this issue. In a polite message, they promised me a new I-pad case. I was very pleased with the answer. Thank you very much Pipetto!
Lifetime warranty replacement iPad case
My 3 year old iPad case developed a fault despite protecting my iPad really well everyday. Pipetto sent me a replacement after I sent photos of the fault. Excellent service. Lovely case and very versatile.
Magnet cover does not work on 5th gen iPad
The case does not have a strong magnet cover and it doesn’t stick to the iPad when you lift it. It just flops out leaving your device unprotected. Also the customer service took nearly two weeks in numerous emails to acknowledge the issue and refund my money, leaving me to pay for the postage back even though the item didn’t work.

Awful. Literally not even a month old and it looks like I have had it 3 years. iPhone X case. Peeling like nuts. Not great but nice idea need to revamp the material that’s for sure. Would not buy ever again
