Ordered a new iPad case to replace an identical item that I had worn out and when I checked on despatch times was told my choice was out of stock. An alternative was suggested, despatched and delivered without delay. Great cases and excellent service...recommended.

I bought iPad case from online store.
After using it for about 2 months, it got broken. Front panel got unattached from the back one.
I created warranty claim on the website. They responded with "we are sorry, and we will send you the replacement". And closed the claim.
After one month i have not received the replacement. And wrote them again.
They responded that there was some problems with logistics, and they have no same items in stock. But i can choose same model in different color. I thanked them and selected one of possible options.
But after that, they stopped responding at all. I sent several requests, but never heard back from them.

Unfortunately, "Lifetime warranty " appeared to be a fake. Really disappointed.

They were very helpful and quick when I claimed because the first shipment never arrived. Now everything is solved

Hi wasn’t sure if the lifetime guarantee for my iPad case would be accepted, but after about two and a half years use, a brand new one was sent out to me, even better than the original.

Not my first time and I am happy with every order and every case I’ve got.
Also communication is really good :)

Not impressed by Pipetto I am afraid.
I wanted to buy an iPad case and I was interested into the origami one. I wanted to see it in person so checked on Pipetto.co.uk and found a stockist in London. Went there and... they never heard of Pipetto!
I decided to order online anyways. The cover I wanted was out of stock but "delivery will take UP TO a week". That was ok for me. I placed the ordered and waited.

A week later the order was still "pending" so I called customer service to understand the actual delivery time as I needed a cover before the end of the week. I was told there was no info on the system but they would enquire and call me back. Cool.

Nobody called back so I called back the following day. I was only then informed that queries would take up to 48 hours for an answer!

At that point I decided to cancel my order for a refund and went for a different brand.

Let me be clear: all the Pipetto representatives I spoke/chatted with were very very professional and polite.

But the overall experience just did not work for me I'm afraid.

A very efficient & friendly company. They replaced my iPad cover immediately & without issue.

After a delay in delivery which was initially annoying, the response and the concern shown to put it right was superb.

Ordered two iPad cases from website. There was a delay as one was out of stock but customer services (CS) were very helpful, shipping one and suggesting alternatives for the other. CS answered emails very quickly and were very responsive, excellent service.

A Great gift for my wife, the iPad case is perfect. Delivered on time as expected.

I received excellent customer service from Pipetto, and the quality of the Origami iPad case that I purchased is superior to any other case that I have ever used or seen. As to the customer service, after completing my order, I learned from Pipetto that the particular color of the case that I ordered was out of stock. Pipetto offered to immediately ship any other color that I desired, and they followed through on that promise. The same attentive and thoughtful Pipetto employ, Anna, responded to my inquiries every step of the way, and it was clear that Anna truly cared about the quality of service that I received from Pipetto. I highly recommend Pipetto for the quality of both their products and their customer service.

Really trying to be constructive because I bought from Pipetto before with no problem, they obviously have distribution issues atm which are conceivably out of their control. What I can't stand is the lack of any communication about it. I've paid for my order in full on a credit card, which has maxed out the card and can't be used by anyone else at work. Meanwhile my order hasn't shipped even though the product is still being offered for sale on their website. When I ring it literally takes between 15 - 20 minutes holding on before speaking to someone, they inevitably say they don't know but will find out (the stock/delivery seems to be handled elsewhere and the number you call is really just customer service [I use that term lightly]), then they never call back. I just want my money back now, at least some other poor sap can use the card to buy something else. The communication is completely appalling and I just feel like I opened the window and flung my money outside, the chances of talking to someone who can actually make a difference to the outcome are remote. I like the products but I couldn't go through this torture again, don't be seduced by the reasonable prices, go elsewhere, it's the only way the company may understand that they need to communicate effectively with their customers, this service is just rubbish.

Super helpful team, had a cover that started tearing off after a year and the after sales team efficiently replaced it! Highly recommended

The Pipetto Origami iPad case is an excellent product. When mine had an issue, after almost a year in service, their customer service was great with quick warranty claim satisfaction.

I searched protected case for my IPad 12.9” for a while. I bought some cases with famous brand name from Best Buy and Walmart but I returned them because of thickness and weights. I am so glad to receive the Pipetto case After I order it online.
It is an excellent and well designed case. If you care about the thickness or thinness of the case then the Pipetto is the great product you are looking for. It protects the device while it won’t make your IPad looks like a “heavy book”.Also,the customer service is excellent team as well which is hard to find nowadays
