Slightly disappointed as the signal drops regularly while out even in open fields. I won’t be buying a second for my other dog as Apple tags are more accurate and work in real time constantly

After doing a few tweaks. The device worked awesome. Well happy with it. It even worked when the dog was down a badger hole. Big prey drive for a little dog, not working... He is a hound and has a knack for it.... Hence the purchase! Did pit pat want to use my dog as a model for advertising? He looks super cute in his collar! 😄

Very good product as it doesn't have a monthly subscription. Really useful for my old spaniel who gets lost on the moors, provides peace of mind. I do have to charge is daily and it would have been easier if you could charge it without having to move the strap each time and just be able to plug it in whilst on the collar as not sure low long the velcro will last. That said excellent product and would recommend.

This still remains the most affordable option overall when compared with equivalent subscription-based trackers. It generally performs well, although it can take several minutes to lock onto the tracking satellites when location services are first switched on, which can be a little frustrating. This is the second PitPat tracker we’ve purchased, as the previous one stopped working after a couple of years. That may well be down to over-use as our Romanian rescue dog does his best to ensure we get full value for money, despite our best efforts to contain him. Would be nice if they could squeeze in some kind of audible buzzer for when you're close but can't see him. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend.

Good item easy to set up, only problem up to now is it takes a while to locate dog but this may be due to slow internet in my area. Havnt tried it in a more suburban area yet . But does what I want and eventually shows were the hound has legged off too .

The product was delivered without instructions and the website was of very little help. I expected more from a product at this price. Very disappointed. Since posting this I received a response from the Company which indicates a good level of customer service and support. My low score was not meant to imply an unsatisfactory product only my concern at the lack of specific written instructions when first opening the order. I have yet to experience the operation of the GPS device to track my dog.

Good product. Velcro is very strong. Lasts around 2 weeks for us, using the tracking a few times a week. It does sometimes take a while to update where our dog is however, but we have only had 1 time where we were unable to get signal. Overall good product
