Sadly PitPat doesn’t work reliably where I walk so I need to return it. I really liked the tracker and app where it did work but most of the time I had massive time lags before it found my dog by which time we would be about 3 miles away. If you live in an area with very good signal it would be great. The team are also very helpful. I’ve since tried another tracker which does work far more in our area.

Good option for a one off payment tracker. Takes a few minutes to find the location but the tracks well.
It's still early days but seems to be tracking well. The app is painfully slow however. Some things within the app are less intuitive EG when I want to track an activity/walk I have to go into 'Location' rather than 'Activity' tab.

Can be a little glitchy and slow on the app and with tracking but with no subscription needed value is quite good
Very easy to use and attach to collar. Dogs don’t mind wearing it. App is clear.
This is a good tracker although it does take a little while for the satellite signal to find my dog. It provides a comfort blanket to be able to track my whippet who runs into woods when chasing squirrels and doesn't come back straight away.

Money well spent it's compact and easy to use. Best one yet tryed all sorts trackers this is best so far.

Very impressed with this tracker Does exactly what I wanted. It’s not cheap but i didn’t want a cheap imitation that didn’t do its job
This was a replacement for our several years old PitPat. They are great devices for monitoring pet activity and when necessary their location. We would not be without one now
Not great it didn't not work once to find my dig on my property never had any problems with my other trackers witch are both tractive brand will be sending back for a refund

As it was replacing an existing tracker that had developed a fault, the replacement tracker has brought with it a peace of mind.
Good in theory, but has two major drawbacks for us. Firstly my husband’s smart phone does not support the Pitpat app so he has to borrow my iPhone each time he walks the dog. Secondly, it can take a long time to pick up the satellite signal.
The wifi doesn’t always don’t pick up the pitpat
Very poor method of fitting to collars with the velcro straps, which seem like and afterthought. A simple design change would make it possible to fit the trackers directly onto normal collars without the need for very basic and clumsy velcro straps. The devices will not charge reliably without removing the velcro straps, which is very basic and poor design. The battery life is poor and could be improved.

We would always ask to remove the Velcro as the battery sits underneath the QR code, similar to wirelessly charging your phone.
Our Velcro does remain secure, as long as you replace it regularly.

Good tracking ability. Compass pointer accurate and not too much lag on map locator. Overall very good performance.
