I am now on my 3rd pitpat tracker all faulty after 1 year very expensive for what this is

If you could please let us know what happens each time, we can troubleshoot any issues.

We loved how small it was and we loved how it gave us his exercise etc but a battery that had to be charged every two days is not good enough. The advert sad “weeks” of battery … This I will also add was 2 days at home not even live tracking

Battery life can vary slightly for each tracker, as poorer signal areas will cause your PitPat to use a lot more power as it attempts to maintain a good connection to PitPat HQ.

The product does exactly what it says it will - I love being able to track her steps and general activity. I have tested the GPS function for fun but haven't had to use it yet in a genuine emergency - I hope I never do but am confident it will work.

Sadly PitPat doesn’t work reliably where I walk so I need to return it. I really liked the tracker and app where it did work but most of the time I had massive time lags before it found my dog by which time we would be about 3 miles away. If you live in an area with very good signal it would be great. The team are also very helpful. I’ve since tried another tracker which does work far more in our area.
