I installed the app but its takes a long time to load and then keeps crashing My phone has suggested I put it into a deep sleep which means it would but useless for tracking my dog
Very poor method of fitting to collars with the velcro straps, which seem like and afterthought. A simple design change would make it possible to fit the trackers directly onto normal collars without the need for very basic and clumsy velcro straps. The devices will not charge reliably without removing the velcro straps, which is very basic and poor design. The battery life is poor and could be improved.
Item arrived promptly and well packaged and reasonably priced. I am very happy with the product.
Love it ,helps me keep track of how much exercise my dog gets.

We got this for a beagle and she doesn’t mind it. The battery will drain up to 10% per day, this will depend on the amount of tracking you do. The signal will only work if the dog is outside, but sometimes even outside the signal isn’t great. This is because the signal is from Vodafone, which will explain why. The app is decent for the basic stuff, I dont pay for the extra £4 per month to compare our dog vs others, just a waste of money. Remember these units are always on offer, so don’t pay the £169 they may have. £119/130 is the norm. I would recommend this for a basic system and don’t expect the business!

Pretty good if the reception is OK. I find it reassuring although when it indicates his direction , it is often in reverse for some reason. For example it says he is 60 meters behind me and to the left but he is in front of me to the right. 🙄 However, I know this now so I mentally adjust!
