Customer service is outstanding (would be 5*), and the fact you pay more up front while avoiding monthly subs is great. BUT I'm still to be convinced about the tracker itself - is the signal really that bad, the battery life is poor and takes forever to charge, and the app is underpowered. I'm deciding whether to send it back (product would be 2*)

Live location tracker did not work. In spite of having good 4G coverage tracker was unable to connect and ‘hear’ satellite. Nationwide coverage does not seem to be as good as claimed in advertising material. On the plus side well organised refund process ……

I'm glad that we managed to get your refund arranged for you as there wasn't the coverage in your area. Unfortunately, we are reliant on network coverage on LTEM and NB IoT networks which isn't the same in all areas.

Sorry about the poor battery life. There are other factors that can affect this so please reach out to us directly if needed.
We have gone through several PotPats and none have lasted more that two years. However we do have a busy spaniel so perhaps PitPat does have a lifespan. Although it’s expensive there’s no monthly outlay so I would still recommend.
