Live location tracker did not work. In spite of having good 4G coverage tracker was unable to connect and ‘hear’ satellite. Nationwide coverage does not seem to be as good as claimed in advertising material. On the plus side well organised refund process ……

I'm glad that we managed to get your refund arranged for you as there wasn't the coverage in your area. Unfortunately, we are reliant on network coverage on LTEM and NB IoT networks which isn't the same in all areas.

We have gone through several PotPats and none have lasted more that two years. However we do have a busy spaniel so perhaps PitPat does have a lifespan. Although it’s expensive there’s no monthly outlay so I would still recommend.

Great tracker, pin points the pooch to within a few feet. Battery life - only a few days but I know at home we have rubbish signal cover so it drains the battery more quickly. Very happy to be able to find the pooch when she’s out of sight - as that seems to stop her ears working 🙄

All my dogs have had a Pitpat....all Border Collies so they have been tested for endurance not only on land but in mud and water!!...great product and when I did have a problem it was quickly sorted....used the GPS model now for years and it is a great bit of kit for keeping an eye on fitness,but if your dog should ever go missing,finding them is easy too...

The pitpat is great, especially considering my pup thinks she’s a mountain goat sometimes! Charge lasts a really long time and I love the little updates we get. The only thing that could be better would be the time it takes to start a walk, I have to do this in the car about 5 minutes before we reach our destination
