wont connect useless their support tells me to charge it for 24 hours, its been about 18 days and its travelled a lot. still not connecting to anything. maybe tech support are untrained? who knows they are sending me a new one - fingers crossed it works sorry for the bitchy but honest review- but I have a policy that if a company requests a review - then ill give one

I like the product to find my dog but it takes a long time to connect to the satellites and regularly drops off so you have to wait again.

I really like the product, but the battery life is disappointing. After just a week of use, the battery is nearly dead, and it charges very slowly. If I had known about this issue, I probably wouldn't have purchased it.

Excellent GPS. The velcro is very sturdy either attach to collar or harness. It is costly, but No monthly Subscription. Ideal for our Sproodle who likes to chase.

Battery life spot on , whilst it takes a few minutes to locate our escapologist dog on the app the accuracy is great. (2-3 mins from pressing find my ******y dog to his position appearing on the map, it does give a countdown which is good. ) We are happy ,the dog not so as we can find him easily and spoil his fun. Used a competitor product previously which gave location immediately but was not accurate. I would rather wait a couple of minutes and have the right location. 👍

Great piece of kit, dose what it says on the tin. And no subscription even better. Boomer likes it to as can't see it on him. Would defenitly recomend this tracker.
