I haven't had it for long but so far it seems to be working well. The app was easy to download and set up and while the GPS tracking itself can be slow sometimes I realise that's down to the satellite positioning and response rather than the tracker itself. The mapping is good and easy to see. The tracker itself is very small and neat and fits easily onto my dog's collar. He's a keen swimmer/paddler so I hope it is as waterproof as it promises.

Like this tracker as there is no monthly fee. This is the 3rd one i have bought. They last between 2 (1st one) and 3 (2nd one) years then the rechargeable battery fails. They are easy to use and there used to be a wait to find my dog on GPS but the new one i have finds it practically instantly so a lot more impressed with it! They have never detached once put on my dogs collar so good velcro. If this lasts as long i will be very happy!

Really pleased with the PitPat GPS tracker and for peace of mind should our dog gets lost. App shows battery charge, daily activity etc, constantly updating. Previously had the activity monitor which was great and when this went wrong after 5 years use, customer service were amazing at trying to solve the problem. Would certainly recommend this company as no ongoing subscription charges for tracker.

I use PitPat for the dogs on residential training for 3 years now and it works perfectly.

Have used it for last 12 months and has taken me to my dogs every time I have needed it to. They were young puppies and made mistakes, pitpat allowed me to let them run off leash and I could always find them, great for all of us. At the age of 12 weeks old Rudi fell in the river which was in Spey and at zero degrees, the river swept her away at speed, pitpat allowed me to track her down, she was over a mile away and unconscious on the banks of the river. Pitpat found her, It did take me an hour, went straight to the vet and she survived. The video is 5 mins before she fell in.
