I love this product. It's a nice neat gadget, much smaller than others I've seen. I like that there are a variety of colours to choose from. It works so well.and really gives me peace of mind.

Both our dogs are very adventurous and love rooting about in ditches, undergrowth etc. The trackers stay put and are accurate at locating them, although I do always make sure I turn on the “locate” function before we start the walk as it can take a couple of minutes to find them at first, and our bigger dog can be half a mile away by then. Once you’ve started it off though it keeps tracking them. You can add multiple people to it and so if you have a dog walker they can use it too. We did lose one for a couple of months, when we found it it had been trodden into marshy mud by cows! We cleaned it, dried it in the airing cupboard for a couple of days and then it worked perfectly - the only thing was that the Velcro strap had suffered and wasn’t as sticky - and she lost it again. Pit Pat were brilliant, they gave me a discount code for a replacement. We love the activity tracker function, we love to see how long they’ve spent pottering!! We also have the insurance, which is great value for money.

Mixed experience so far, East to set up and use. Very helpful customer service service Poor signal where we live means battery goes flat quickly. Needs recharging every 1–2 days

This is great! My border terrier runs off when we go to the woods. He always comes back eventually but it can sometimes be over half an hour! I wanted peace of mind in case anything happened to him, I tracked him with PitPat and it worked perfectly! A much more relaxing walk!
