Was okay...

We stayed at theirs with my uncle on the ionic sea and it was not bad. My uncle had expected something else and we had to wait a while until everything was ready, but then it worked out. The all-around-service was there when needed. It wasn't the greatest expierience of my life, but it was okay.

Never again

We rented a Lagoon 46 (2020) in Trogir from Pitter Yachtcharter, but the overall condition of the boat was disappointing. While some parts had been renewed and renovated, the general comfort fell short of what one would reasonably expect from a 2020 catamaran. At Pitter's request, we sent a formal email outlining our complaints, but the only response we received was a blanket statement denying all issues, even those that had been discussed and confirmed by their technician during check-in. During our use of the boat, we discovered additional problems such as blinds that wouldn’t close, leaky windows, a generator with noisy loose components, and a non-functional fridge.
We rented boats before without any issues. We will never rent from Pitter Yachts again!

We would like to emphasize that we have already carefully reviewed your comments. The matter has been investigated internally and closed. Although we have reached a different conclusion in some respects, we deeply regret the circumstances. Our fleet is regularly maintained and inspected to ensure that our guests have a safe and enjoyable time on board.
