I've ordered twice from here and both times it was knocked out of the park. For Christmas, the wife got a painting of our bernedoodle Freya and Golden Doodle Luna. After having her close her eyes and hold out her hands to see it, it was worth every penny. She cried, knew immediately where it was meant to be and it's there, perfect as ever. The team worked with me for all of the minor adjustments to make sure it was perfect, and it is. Thank you!!

The artwork was great, the team made my requested changes quickly resulting in a great final product.

Great customer service! Such a busy time of year but they happily took all my revision requests and completed it in a friendly and timely manner. They were understanding and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the work they were producing. I loved how my order came out and I will definitely be coming back to this company in the future!!

Photo was delivered promptly AND they were extremely friendly in their communication (my sisters dog just passed and had a photo made of her dog), so having kind communication made it feel personal. The photo was incredibly accurate and made me cry the moment I opened it. Couldn't recommend enough.

The picture was far better than I ever expected! I cannot wait to gift this to my brother and sister in law. They’re big Disney fans so I know they’ll be thrilled to see that their dog came right out of a Disney movie.

I couldn’t be happier that I finally made the decision to have one of these made! After losing my dog two months ago it was at the top of my list as a remembrance item. I ordered the 16x20 canvas and it is BEAUTIFUL. The way they captured the special little details of my girl brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much!!!

The order process is super simple, and their response time is quick. The level of customer service and care is personal, patient, and filled with the information you need.

And the artwork is OUTSTANDING! They absolutely captured the essence of our pets, took the feedback we provided to make the piece next level, and reached out immediately on production issues with next steps.

I needed my pet's portrait done quickly as it was for a Christmas gift. PixArt was able to edit my dog's ears two seperate times in less than 24 hours to ensure I was 100% happy. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Best product and service! They sent me the first draft soon after placing the order and when I requested an amendment they sent me a revised version the next day (at 3am). Excellent service and staff. I am obsessed with the picture of my dog!

Very friendly people despite a very busy time of year. They made sure they got it right and were patient with me despite several revision requests, some annoyingly small and specific. But it seems they care about making sure the customer is satisfied. I’m really not well-versed enough to be able to tell how they produce the art (whether they’re hand-drawn, computer-made, or AI), but if you don’t care, don’t know, or don’t care to know, you’ll be happy.
