My picture came and my Pups look adorable! There was some extra black ink in the corner. I emailed and got a response right back! They are replacing the print AND it still should be in time for Christmas. Customer service and Quality could not have been better!

I paid so much attention to details I was considering myself annoying but they still did every correction I asked for and very quickly.
They kept me informed about each update on delivery status and It arrived faster than I was expecting.
The painting is exactly the way I wanted it.

Amazing experience!! The picture of my dog was beautiful and the team made some last minute changes for me after she passed away. The process was so easy and quick. The team was kind and empathetic to my situation. I will be ordering again!

I had used another company to do a drawing of my girls and they look nothing like the pictures, Pixart not only did a fantastic job but altered my picture to what I wanted and they did it without a picture to copy. I’m really pleased with the outcome.

Super adorable, super cute. I got a digital print of my pet, and it looks great. Almost made me tear up (it did.. lol) from the resemblance of my dog. Definitely going to be ordering from them again. I recommend 10/10!!

I placed an order for 2 digital prints of my cats. After placing the order, I received the final products in about 2 days! PixArt Creatives give the option to reply to the final products with anything that you might like to refine or change with the art. I asked to make my cat more of a chocolate brown color, which they corrected in about 1 day! Wonderful experience. I’d definitely order from them again!

Such an easy process. All my requests were taken into consideration on the initial art work. Once received, I requested a change which was made straight away with no issues. The final piece is amazing. I love it and I know my daughter will too!
