I'm very sorry to hear that your experience wasn't to your liking.
However, please be aware that we have minimum order amounts. These are advertised in many places on our ads, our discord, and our website order form.
This minimum order price applies to all orders, regardless of how small the order is. The reason for this minimum price is to prevent small orders that are worth so little that our team is making less than minimum wage.
We are not a freelancer group, we pay our employees much more than freelancers, and provide benefits.
As for how long things take, I do apologize if your order got shuffled back in our triage system, however, if your budget is set as under minimum, or you haven't filled out the details of your project properly, your ticket will be handled after ones who took the time.
