Fine, until you want to return items

I've used Pixie girl a few times & spent a fair amount of money. This time I wanted to return a few items that didn't fit. I was within the 28 days & still am but I'd missed the 14 days of informing them by a few days. When I rang customer service they said they would send me a code to return items. Twice now I have rang customer service and they've assured me they'll send it but they have not. Although I have received many marketing emails since. I explained that items were for my disabled daughter who is petite but does not live with me & it's very difficult to try on clothes for her. I feel that customer service were just fobbing me off & not bothered about my situation or helping. I would have continued to order from this website but not after they could have helped to resolve a minor issue which would have made no impact on them whatsoever. Very disappointed in the customer service.
