The Jane 2-in-1 purse is just ok...
The product was shipped reasonably on time, given that there is a pandemic going around. The product is good and I like it, but not as much as the previous Pixie Mood purse that I own. For this order, I bought the Jane 2-in-1 purse in Lavendar. The product arrived in acceptable condition but doesn't feel brand new. The purse came attached with a wallet, but I was really looking to use only the purse part which is honestly a little small for...well, everything. I can only fit my almost-out hand lotion, travel size hand sanitizer, and tissue. Even a lip balm is incredibly painful to stuff in. Overall, I still enjoy this purse that I bought on final sale, however, I do notice that the textured area sheds a little bit... Hence the overall lower score.

Shipping delays/ unable to track
I understand there are shipping delays around the holidays, especially this year with Covid, but my package is taking twice as long as anticipated to arrive. It was intended to be a birthday gift for my mom but it didn’t come in time for me to give it to her. I am also unable to track its shipment which is frustrating. The package still has not arrived

Leave customer hanging
I ordered their bag during holiday sales. I understand they have lot of orders but they neglected to send any updates (if its being delay due to holiday or confirmation of orders, etc) literally i waited in dark hope my order went through and being delivered someday. Communication between shippjng and ordering would be nicer.

I am still waiting for my bag to be delivered! Tracking is near impossible- delays with no actual tracking number from Canada Post-only the number generated by you. My credit card was charged 2 weeks ago right after I placed my order. Where is my bag?! Tired of being patient!!
