DREADFUL COMPANY - avoid at all costs!
We purchased a very expensive TV from Pixmania.fr in December. The TV arrived 3 days later with severe and multiple scratches across the screen despite the packaging being in good order. I raised a complaint with Pixmania customer service on the 3rd January and despite being asked to email photographs of the damages, I have not heard anything back from them for over 2 weeks despite me chasing them daily. They do not respond to emails, do not answer their phone and ignore all social media messaging channels. I wish I had consulted Trust Pilot before placing the order as I have now seen other people report similar issues!! (See Simon Webster's review) I am now taking further action against this complete scam of a company. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!!!

I should have consulted Trustpilot…
I should have consulted Trustpilot before buying from Pixmania! I ordered a very expensive TV (the price was good, for which they get 1-star) but when it arrived the screen was cracked, even though the packaging was in good condition and I had no reason to refuse the delivery. After 2 months of haggling, Pixmania say it is my responsibility and they will not refund me. Do they seriously expect you to unpackage such items and examine in detail while the delivery driver waits patiently? Anyway, I am protected by EU law, and I will now file a legal complaint against the company. What’s more, I will win the case since the law is on my side. The problem is that Pixmania are being very cynical by forcing me to go through a long and time-consuming legal action, rather than doing the honest thing. In the end they will lose, but this is no way to deal with complaints. Be warned!
