I made an order that was supposed to be delivered in three days. After a while I contacted them, they said it was sent. Another week, I contacted them, they said they could not send it before so it was sent today. After Another week, I contacted them to send me tracking number or reimburse the money, so they disappeared.
Apparently a spam website and very bad management of user cases, i would not buy anything again on this website even if it is half price. It is just throwing money away. Avoid this website.
EDIT: At the end I managed to get the real status of the shipment from a shipping company and it said it has returned. I verified the package return and I got reimbursed.
I bought an IPhone from their store with A+ rating, it means, like new, in original box, all accessories included and no signals of use. They sent a very used one with several marks on the screen and chassis completely different form what they described. I call Pixmania, they promised a solution but until now (months have passed) never heard of them and they dind't respond to my messages. Then I wrote a letter to the CEO of the company, as a lawyer I'am, and never get a response. Don't trust this company! I don't recommend them. Keep away

It seems impossible to get out even if you don't have an account on the website. I don't remember signing up for this and the spam I get from this website is very unjustified.

I purchased a coffee machine. It is faulty. Pixmania referred me to Gaggia. Gaggia have completely failed to do anything to repair the machine.

I ordered a printer in September 2017 and I should have been delivered in 10 days. after 2 months waiting I cancelledtyhe order and requested a refund, then the problems started, the website contact feature does not work, you can not send emails and the only way I have found to contact anyone is via facebook messages, Pixmania blame the comapny delivering the printer and tell me to contact them, they in turn tell me to contact Pixmania. I am still awaiting a decent response and my money back. very very poor customer service, I feel they are just a hoping i will go away so they can keep my money, avoid at all cost. You ask me to send details of my order, but you do not provide a means to contact you, If you read my review you could see this. I have sent my details via facebook messager a while age and was told my refund was being processed, that was about 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Please pay me my money

I made an order for a new iPad (so a very big order) at the beginning of October and after a month it was not yet delivered yet so i asked to cancel my order and be reimbursed but after a month i am still waiting for my money.
There is no customer service at all, i am writing every day and i only receive standard reply, if i receive anything at all. i am calling a number where nobody answers the phone.
I am about to sue them for damages
it is the worst service and the worst selling platform ever. don't ever use it: NEVER!

Carefull, it is in fact the same compagny than Pixmania, or more precisely they have bought them or a part certainly very cheap. Unfortunatly, they have adopted the same behaviour. Don't trust them !
don't buy from these people. my product has gone wrong and i am struggling to get it replaced. they are not good with customer service. the product they sold me was not made in the UK it was made in Hong Kong and the manufacturer will not replace due to Pixmania not being a purchasing company of theirs.
I purchased Parrot headphones with extended warranty 5 years, in 12-2015, now I need them replaced and is impossible to get in touch with anyone. I cannot login to the account, they are not sending me a link to reset password. I'm worried they may be on the verge of bankruptcy and be stuck with my faulty item for good.
This "company" is a total hoax.
I now consider my money lost after one year of trying to get them back.
I bought a mouse on the 25/9 for 114 DKK.
The 26/9 i got at mail that it was sent, and they withdrew 114 DKK from my account. Never got it !

It's a good site to buy products.
I never had any problems with them.
This along with EE is probably the worse company British people can deal with. Lots of missed delivery promises and a terrible customer service department.
Then it turns out the products are non-UK. That doesn't just mean a different power plug design but also TV turners that can't pick up any UK channels.
Pixmania can't understand why that problem bothers a TV buyer!
The delivery was a bit late due to unexpected? Eurozone traffic but customer service were very helpful. TV quality is great and great price too!!
The best thing to do with a problem is to ring up,you may have to do this many times but as stated in my last posting a refund allegedly sent on December 18th did not arrive and only when resent by Pixmania last Friday did it arrive today....so they get there if you persist ....eventually
