Their customer service provides zero assistance and their replies (if you receive them) look like ChatGPT slop providing zero "help."
I strongly suggest not buying from this company unless you have time to grow old while waiting for their product.

I struggled at first getting to understand the website and had lots of trouble, i emailed customer services and they were extremely quick to respond and have been so friendly along with the whole process and made it so easy to use, these books are so cute and fun and i can’t wait to complete my order!

It was very easy to create my own book and place the photos. I had some technical problems while ordering, but the customer service was very nice and helped me very quickly. The books arrived within a few days. I am looking forward to creating the next book after my vacation.

The books are so easy to make and the automated photo sorting/book making process is great. I usually make my own cover then do the automated sorting and make a few tweaks. Overall, very happy with my books, though some have been damaged in shipping (an issue with USPS mishandling packages). You need to email support for an update on tracking, but they’re usually very responsive!

I was a little nervous about the quality because the price was so reasonable, but when I opened my photobook, I was OBSESSED! Designing it was so much fun, the website made arranging photos super easy with all the suggested layouts. When my book arrived, I was blown away by the quality.
