Still haven’t received my parcel - ordered it 2 months ago. I’ve been waiting for customer service to respond to me with some help as to where and how I can locate this?

I love my book!! I have 3 more coming. The website is super easy to use and has so many fun and creative ways to document you experiences. Super cute and modern but getting the job done. I love it and will definitely continue using pixory!!

I had some trouble completing my order and therefore contacted their customer team. They answered very quickly and were able to help right away.

I am obsessed with these photo books!!! The website is so easy to use and I love that you can make it exactly how you want it! I ordered 5 books in my first order and I can’t wait to buy more. I WILL be getting a book for every trip I go on now haha! I also want to start gifting these to friends and family. The customer service team is also super nice and helpful. I would recommend this company to anybody!

Pixory was very easy to use and super customised, the designs that are on there pre-made are really beautiful, so pixory and everyone on the team should be so proud of what Pixory has become!

The book arrived damaged and the binding isn’t connected to the backing properly. Pixory have since reached out and offered a replacement. I will update when that arrives

I am so happy about how it all turned out. I ordered 3 books, and I am blown away by the looks and quality. Such a cute memory, and super easy to edit online. Also the service on mail was great, so thanks a lot for making me another book, because one of them got damaged during delivery. I would definitely recommend <3

Hello all, after a long exchange of emails I have managed to get my present and it was worth the wait. The album is really nice and I absolutely love it! The only thing I would encourage them to improve is the response timings when raising an issue.

These books are such a cute addition to my library and a great way to have a tangible reminder of a trip or a year. I love being able to flip through them and view all my memories

I really like how the website is easy to use and the AI organizer does a great job putting the photos in an attractive order. I love the cover options and colors of the books. I've made 4 books for 4 different trips, and I love how I can change the pictures, edit the titles and add a date. I can't wait to display these! I've bought 4 for my family and one for a gift. I had an issue with 1 of my orders and received a very quick response from customer service with multiple options to make it right. I will be purchasing again!

I had some problems with my order, but their wonderful customer support team is very responsive and fixed it right away. The quality of the photobook is great and came out exactly the way I was hoping for. I would definitely order from here again.

The books were super easy to make and although my package did get lost in the mail, the Pixory team was super helpful and respsonsive with helping me recover them. They went above and beyond for me, despite not being the easiest customer to work with. I’m excited to purchase with them again!

first off i love the book obviously!!! this is such a cool tool and it let me make them cute. however i ordered on November 20 and got it January 14… customer service was kind but unhelpful in the matter. i emailed multiple times stating that on my end it said nothing received by carrier but they kept insisting it was shipped and on the way. after a chain of about twenty emails they finally decided to resend them. it would have been nice for them to do so earlier as i expressed my concern because it was a Christmas gift. that being said its not that they were rude, just a little less than helpful.

UPDATE: I must say the pixory team deserves a pat on the back, they reached out to me very promptly, gave compensation and apologized, which is so nice of them. Thank you guys again
