I initially thought that my order
wouldn’t arrive on time for valentine’s day as it says 15 business days for my country but they exceeded my expectations in shipping

I wanted to post a comment to describe how much PIXORY is the best site for creating photo albums, both in terms of album quality and the PIXORY team.
I ordered 4 albums and they are simply stunning. We have so many options to make our albums as personal or as fancy as we like. Our photos come to life and our albums preserve wonderful memories!
I also wanted to thank Keisha, who was incredibly kind and helped me as much as possible with an issue I had with one of my albums. The problem was resolved and the communication was extremely smooth.
More than anything, I would love to become a PIXORY ambassador!

Made an account on phone and started a project. Went to log in on laptop and wouldn’t let me log in saying it was the wrong credentials even though it wasn’t. Tried to reset password got nothing through email. Waited a few day and tried to log in again on laptop and still couldn’t. Managed to reset password but when logging in none of the projects started on my phone were there. It’s like it created two different accounts on the same email which shouldn’t even be happening

MINUS STARS for photobook quality and accuracy and also for customer services. The level of incompetence reached is staggering - it would be a funny if not for the potentially serious privacy breach that tops the list of errors my order experienced.
My 12 yo daughter wanted a keep-sake from our trip to Disney Orlando (we’re from the uk), she created a photo book by herself in mid Nov and added the link to her xmas list. All I had to do was pay for it ! Easy right ?
3 months later we still don’t have the book we ordered…..what we do have is a long chain of emails listing numerous technical errors, human errors, apologies and repeated requests for second chances to make it right. These guys are literally the worst company I have dealt with !
I actually did receive a photo book sent by Pixory …but of someone else’s lovely wedding co-mingled with my daughters photos (to the gentlemen whose wedding pics we received - if you are reading this firstly congratulations… but hopefully you didn’t get your wedding album ruined by pics of Mickey Mouse and a random English family riding Space Mountain). It is also worth noting that the book we received was poor in quality. For example - You would expect double page photos to appear on the same page ie left side of photo is on the left page and right side photo on the right side. This is not the case - larger 2 page photos (such as a full family wedding shot) were split overleaf / on the next page.
My advice is don’t waste your time, effort and money on these jokers. Use a different, reliable photo book service

I really enjoyed my book! The only down side is that I couldn’t get into my account to track it. I had to reach out via Instagram and get the UPS tracking link and number. They responded within 25 hrs though.

The overall editing process was fairly simple and user-friendly once you get familiar with the functions on the desktop (similar to Canva, almost). I particularly liked the "hide used" photos option to ensure that you don't duplicate any photos by accident, and to check if you missed any photos in the book.
Their customer service is also super responsive and positive in supporting with questions!

I had an incredible experience with Pixory Official! Their website is super user-friendly and made creating a custom photobook fun and easy — I could personalize every page exactly how I wanted.
