Beautiful pictures and wonderful service

The pictures are absolutely beautiful and the customer service was wonderful! I had a small issue with my order and it was all resolved within a day. I’m so excited to keep building my collection!!!

Special Keepsakes

From ordering books from my overseas travels to creating my own custom template for my proposal book, the entire process has been so easy, seamless, and enjoyable. It has truly been such a special experience from start to finish.
Creating my Pixory books has given me even more motivation to keep travelling and making memories, knowing I can beautifully preserve them to one day share with my children in the future. They have genuinely become a little addiction of mine!

Needs better packaging!

My experience with Pixory was awesome! All the layouts were great to use and inserting images from my gallery were so easy to do too! I just received my photo album today and it looks super cute!!🥹🤏🏽 Also had placed my order just last week Tuesday & it only took just over a week to get it shipped and delivered.

Only disappointment I had with my photo book was that when I opened it up, the top of the cover book was creased probably because of going through the shipping process. I would suggest for better packaging as books could get easily damaged if shipping. Other than that my book looks amazing and I can’t wait to create & order more!!!😍🙏🏽

This is a highly professional company

This is a highly professional company. I’ve faced an issue in the delivery process where my order was delivered to another address due to an issue from my end and they managed to refund the amount paid and re-delivered it for free. These people are so cooperative and proffesional which makes me as a customer want to keep buying with trust of having a high quality product. Highly recommended.

Fastest Customer Service Response… Ever?

I just received my first order and immediately ordered 3 more. I couldn’t say enough good things about this company. I reached out via email about a shipping question and got a response within the hour. Not to mention… the product itself is worth every penny. Truly my new favorite gifts & keepsakes.

My experience with Pixory was truly awesome. This idea is something so unique sure I am so excited to show my kids these books one day they came out better than expected. The quality is very good. The pictures are picture perfect and the shipping came early and the communication with the company was very quick and easy. I would 100% recommend purchasing photo albums from Pixory.

In Love

I love it! As a young girl in my teens who wants to travel the world, it is the perfect way to store your memories!! Very durable and cute!! Had a little trouble at first with it not saving my address but you just had to add it onto the main page! I am in love, can’t wait to order more!!

Very expensive

Firstly I want to say that I really love the style of the books and the picture quality is lovely. However, there is a lack of consistency with the website. I somehow have two accounts on two different websites which don't link up, I can only access each one by clearing my history and using certain links.

Additionally, I bought two 25 page books the other day and shipping was free, I then went to do the same earlier and shipping was £10. When I am spending £50, I am not willing to spend another £10 on shipping especially when it will not arrive for ten days. I had created a gift for a friend and unfortunately, I have decided to use another website where I am able to get more pages for less money overall - this was disappointing as I spent hours creating a book and design which I loved.

I have had a few issues which the Pixory team have been quick to address and resolve but again, if I am spending this much money, I do expect the printing to be good quality and it is a shame that multiple errors were made despite quick resolution.

Overall, they are lovely books and would I would recommend them if you are happy to spend the money but with the printing issues and increase of shipping cost, I think I will have to walk away.

I love my books!

I love my books! I’d seen Pixory online and finally decided to purchase one for a recent trip and two from another trip. The website is pretty easy to navigate and I loved the template options. Really makes me want to travel more to start a collection of books!

I had a few technical issues when creating my books, but the Pixory customer service team was super helpful. They answered my questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my order. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

Will definitely be ordering again!

Amazing customer service ✨

The customer support in this company was some of the best I have ever experienced! I inputted the wrong address details to my order by accident and my package did not get delivered by the post office due to that, and they told me that the company I purchased the package from needs to alter the delivery information. The support person assisted me with so much kindness and super quick responses when the error had nothing to do with them but was totally my own, so overall an amazing experience. And the product is such a cute gift! ☺️

Extremely pleased

Extremely pleased with the final product of this book- needed to make a memory book for a trip that we took for 1.5 years... it ended up being very long, but the design of this book was so flexible and the finished product looks like it was professionally published! Also, there was an issue with shipping, and the customer service I recieved was truly astounding.
Thank you! This will make such a beautiful anniversary gift I almost can't wait to gift it!

Could not place my order because of error

The customer support is helping me fixing these issues.
The only thing that I would like Pixory to work on is reacting to customer issues faster because it can be frustrating not hearing back.

I’ve been trying to place my third order for the past three days, but there seems to be a technical issue on your website. I’m unable to edit certain photobooks, and some books cannot be added to my cart. Each time, an error message appears (ID: 1b77a684-72ce-44b1-948d-1ee53b590ee9).

I have already contacted customer support three times (once via the website chat and twice by email), but I haven’t received any response so far. This is becoming quite frustrating, and I’m considering ordering from another provider.

My previous two orders with Pixory went smoothly, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
