Product is what I ordered. Delivery was brilliant. Everything you would want deliveries to be. Kept informed and updated. Delivered on specified date. A call from the driver half an hour before delivery. Friendly and helpful delivery team.
Bought a toilet from B&Q
Bought a toilet from B&Q, after installing it the plumber realised that the valve was faulty and water continue to run into the cistern, obviously I cannot leave it as such so asked the plumber to get a new valve while we contact the manufacturer, we did but got no where, very bad customer service and all kind of excuses not to refund.
Deceitful company and I am appalled the B&Q are doing business with them.
Avoid PJH, PRIMA kitchen appliances..
During the purchase of a new kitchen we were sold PRIMA appliances , dishwasher, Oven , Fridge Freezer. After 1 month the dishwasher broke down. It has taken 5 months to get it replaced with a new Unit as spares were not available. After 4 months the main oven element failed, no parts available, a new Oven was delivered. After fitting of replacement , we are now left with an Oven which diesn't switch off its fan when the cooking cycle has completed. Very difficult to get hold of PJH, always on hold for 40 mins or so. they then fob you off to Glen Dimplex who are the service engineers....They take at least 14 days to visit the failed units and often say that units are not repairable and have to be replaced.
Please avoid PRIMA appliances, PJH as supplying compamy and GLEN DIMPLEX as the service agents...
No problem with delivery today
No problem with delivery today, can’t comment on items as will not be opened until Builder needs, spoke with office day before, original time was between 7:30am to 1pm they gave me new drop off time of 7:30am to 9:30am, driver called when on way 8am arrived 8:15am, poor chap was on his own due to sickness, carried items into garage as requested, in all a good quick on time delivery
Disgusting level of service
Disgusting level of service. Ordered shower cubicle, shower door, pedestal and basins from B&Q. 30% of my order came damaged with boxes open and damaged. Called customer service who were deceitful and unhelpful. Please avoid this company. B&Q - you need to take a look at this company and what disgusting service this company is providing on your behalf. Absolutely appalled.
RUBBER SEALS FOR SHOWER DOORS
Ordered two rubber seals for bottom of shower doors, in Dec 2020, they arrived in May 2021, over 5 months later.
Disgraceful service, emailed and phoned numerous times to be given the same old story, "out of stock due in soon when they arrive in warehouse they will be sent straight out to you"
Can't fault the staff you speak to, they are friendly, and courteous and every email to them is followed up with a phone call.
They really need to look at their ordering and procurement, because this is the worst company I've had to deal with, like something from the 1970s.
Teka washing machine..........
I was sold a Teka washing machine from my Kitchen company.
The machine broke within 2 weeks, I had to wait 5 weeks for an engineer then to be told it was fitted incorrectly - it wasn't. The 2nd engineer couldn't move the machine due to company policy and therefore couldn't fix it. I would not advise buying a Teka washing machine and PJH was not an easy to deal with
Wrong item recieved
The drivers were great and on time.My problem was when we opened a chest of drawers ordered from B & Q It was the wrong ones.I spent ages with B & Q and they were in contact with the carrier.The carrier could not find what we had been delivered.I am not allowed a collection I have to send an email And photo's of the box and item.I was given a wrong email adress and cannot find a complaints department My contract was with B & Q who should have taken responsability.Shocking service

All I can say is they notified me about the delivery time, turned up on time and were not impolite. So no reason for fewer than five stars on this occasion.

This company it utter rubbish and very ignorant, they do not answer emails, do not communicate with each other and do not deliver your items on time, B and Q who use these people need to look elsewhere to find a better show than this useless lot
Waiting in all morning
Waiting in all morning , my new suite arrived 3 hours after time it was ment to arrive, delivery driver was very rude and dropped off my suite by my bins and refused to deliver up into my property.

Wasnt going to bother doing a review but given 76% bad I think I should add my voice. Waiting for a sink. Replied to text inviting me to book a delivery slot. Got text confirming delivery date. Didnt turn up. Waited till next day. Didnt turn up. Phoned company. They said no delivery slot had been booked. She seemed unconcerned when I said reveiws about her company was 76% bad!!
She re-booked it. I wait to see if it turns up as promised!
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. My 74 year old mother had a whole bathroom suite and shower cubicle delivered today and they dumped it in her front garden and refused to even put larger items in her hallway. It's their policy apparently. Shame on you 2 men who delivered this morning for leaving my mother in floods of tears. By the way she's partially disabled and i hope your mother isn't left like this. I understand Covid but come on have a heart she could have sat in her front while you put it in hallway. We've sorted now no thanks to you. Would never recommend using this company.
Great communication and easy delivery
I got several emails and text messages in the days running up to the delivery telling me the 7am-1pm expected time frame, I got a phone call 40 minutes before they arrived as well, plus the live tracker link also gave me an ETA. Two delivery men had no problems carrying the heavy toilet up to my first floor flat and asked me where I wanted them to put it. All very courteous and good service, would definately recommend!

What a great delivery service. Had a few phone texts telling me time of delivery from B&Q. Delivery today just after 7am 16/03/21. This is
the second delivery by PJH every time the guy's have been wonderful and helpful.

This company is a joke, customer service is a joke. Placed an order on b&q and pj gaved us lies. Every week I had to call to ask where is my order and every week I was lied. In the end I cancelled the order after 4 weeks of lies and delays!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Got a call the day before that they would deliver a shower screen I had ordered from B&Q. At 6:45 am I heard a really loud knock on the door. Turns out it was the delivery driver. If you don’t want delivery ridiculous early in the morning, do not use!
Thoughtless Deliveries
No consideration given to other residents when delivering items. Vehicle completely obstructed my driveway, poor delivery.

We were ment to have toilet delivered today between 7.30 &1.00 o’clock the delivery driver only contacted us by leaving a voicemail saying he could not get down street due to ice on road ( cars and vans and other delivery wagons managed ok before call was made ) so plumber took old toilet out ready for delivery and turned water off now have no water or toilet due to there incompetence it has been taking back to a depot in Manchester and say it will be delivered 6 days time so we have no water or toilet till then , we have explained to them that we have 2 six month old babies in house and they have no emergency procedure to cover anything like this and are basically not bothered ( bearing in mind health and hygiene and feeding and bathing babies in this current situation covid)
