I used a personal credit card by accident and asked it to be credited and charge my company card.
They refunded all but $58.76...the shipping charge. they did charge the shipping to the company card as well as the unit price...........
UPDATE: PJ found the issue with the refund and has had the remaining amount issued.
Parts were good and we received them quickly.

I was way overcharged.
Was charged almost $1800.0 to find out what was wrong with my 2016 SKJK scissor lift. Was running when it was dropped off. Does not run now! Part that was taken there has not been returned, and an estimate for almost $6000.00 but no exclamation of what's wrong except terminals need to be cleaned. Upon examination makes no sense. Never was informed or signed of on cost of diagnosis.

charged way too much for shipping!
The parts are correct and they arrived in good time but the amount of shipping that was charged is unbelievably high for a small 6 pound box!
I did ask for an estimate of shipping and was told approx $25. and was no mention of handling fees!
Ended up being $75 on the invoice!

Great to deal with
This was my first time contacting them and I was extremly pleased. I tried another company and they still have not contacted me back yet. Johnson Palmer got me the parts breakdown and quote the same day I contacted them. They also shipped the parts the same day. Highly recommend
