Best customer service in Poland!
After 8 hours of flights I arrived in Warsaw and bought a ticked to Białystok, 5 minutes before the train's arrival, the intercom announced a 30 minute delay, after which a different train arrived on time (it had a different name). I asked a member of the staff if my ticket was for this train and got told no. Shocker: it was my train! 15 minutes later I realized what happened and went up to get a new ticket, calmly since I'm not one to cause trouble, after which I got told by the lovely lady at the counter that maybe I should get a babysitter and i'm too old to commit this sort of mistakes. She was extremely agressive, not offering solutions and I had to ask her multiple times for a new ticket. I've worked with customers my whole life, if I could give 0 stars for the wonderful customer service PKP provides, I would. Thank you for providing me with this beautiful service, i'm definitely not using your trains again.
