The jacket fits well and is as good as expected.

I am very pleased with the products I purchased as always and had help from a member of staff when I needed it, so couldn’t find a fault whatsoever. The only issue was that the packaging was badly damaged when it arrived.

Great company and very helpful

Been invoiced for good not received still waiting two weeks later.

The boots are overall good, you would have had 5 stars if the fit was better they are a Very small 8 width fine length doggy i would not order any more because of the size.issue.

Quick and easy on line ordering, received confirmation and invoice by email. Order received quickly as promised .

Excellent customer service, had to return an item, my own fault, only to willing to assist and order me the right size trousers this time, although not in stock the item was ordered and I received them a week later, well done PK Safety, throughly recommended

Placed order 11th May and had it confirmed, but that is it nothing else... Sent an email to chase it up, 2 days later still nothing! And then they ask me to rate them on here.... Bad idea!
EDIT: Following the BS below about my email going to spam (if you are replying to an existing email it never goes to spam!)
Even it were true, it is not an excuse that I didn’t hear from you, as that implies is it normal for customers to place orders and hear nothing for potentially 3 weeks until such time that their order arrives. Surely if items are out of stock you should manage our expectations and explain there will be a delay?
BTW other than responding to my bad review on here, I never heard from them again. My order just arrived 20 days after placing it!

I found PK Safety while searching online for my preferred 25 litres size citrus based degreaser and hard surface cleaner. My usual source and others had become quite pricey so, I was really happy when I discovered PK Safety were offering it at an excellent price. PK Safety also have a wide range workwear, cleaning and maintenance products and I ordered some other items which were advertised on their very easy to navigate website. I placed my order late on Monday and received prompt confirmation followed by timely order status updates. The following day I received an apologetic phone call about an item I'd ordered in a particular colour being out of stock but, other colours were available, which I chose instead. Shortly after 1:00pm on the Wednesday my complete order was delivered in perfect condition. The degreaser is as expected and the other items I ordered are excellent quality and value for money.

Ordered a pair of cofra safety boots. Size 9. Disappointed when they arrived that made my toes cramped which isn't good being a diabetic. Emailed customer service advising needing to return to swap. As there ate no return details on the website. I have to at my expense pay to have these returned which is rather unfair. So will have to arrange these to go back then wait for replacements to arrive! Rather annoying that I've now paid twice for postage then!

Not impressed i doubt ill be using this company in future. Not well organised and resolved
