I like your product. It works great, but your shipping really stinks. I paid extra for my last purchase to get here fast. And it still came regular shipping, and this order is taken extra long too you're trying to get an review stuff I haven't gotten yet

Every Order
Every Order i have made, 3 in total the product was dry and even boost pack could not bring them back. I wrote customer support and i got more help from the trash can i threw their product in. Won't be buying nothing here again.
Well as expected Plain Jane has yet to email me as they clearly stated. As of Sept 15th 2025. Thank You for Justifying your 1 star rating Plain Jane. Worst Customer service in the business and yet another reason me and my followers will find business elsewhere. You didn't just lost one customer but Hundreds. And hopefully by your disregaurd for your follow up like YOU mentioned the people seeing this will know how bad your Customer service really is. Would say Goodbye But, Goodbye's are only temporary, i will say Farewell as my departure is Now permanent. Farewell and i hope Karma serves you well.

I usually buy CBD full spectrum gel caps, and the sleep CBD gel caps. I use them for arthritis discomfort. I find taking them daily (one morning, one night) gives lasting relief and improves sleep. Very happy with both products. I also buy CBD vape (no THC) for fast relief if needed. I find CBD vape easy to use with no THC effects.
