After a failed marriage

After a failed marriage , buying a ford capri , working as a chef and once trying to match purple trousers with a yellow t shirt .
Your company is still the most disappointing decision I've ever made.
Absolutely shite in every way , your website is the tech equivalent of a handbrake on a canoe .

I was helped with my phone “Plan” today…

I was helped with my phone “Plan” today by Ian Slater. Ian was knowledgable, pleasant and patient. I usually don’t enjoy these types of calls but Ian made me want to continue the call. It was like speaking with an old friend. Thanks Ian! 👍

Phone upgrade

Helen called me to discuss an upgrade but at the time my father was in hospital so she kindly offered to call me back in a couple of weeks time. When she called back she talked me through my phone contract upgrade and explained everything clearly.

Dead business lines, no service, no ownership

Dead business lines, no service, no ownership

Two of our business mobile lines are completely dead — no data, no incoming calls, no outgoing calls, no SMS. Nothing.

This has been extremely disruptive to our business. Our Managing Director and Operations/Project Director are being forced to run the company without working mobile lines. Clients cannot reach us, site communication is being affected, and sales enquiries are being missed.

We have six lines in total. The other four work fine. Only these two are dead, yet we have been told it may be a mast issue. That explanation makes no sense when the other O2 lines are working.

I have spoken to around 10 people across Plan.com and Prestige Telecom. Nobody takes ownership. Every call means repeating the same issue again. We have changed SIM cards, spent hours on the phone, and still have no fix.

We were also told we could not move to Vodafone even though the service is not working, and that we could be passed to collections if we terminate. We have also been told termination could cost around £6,000.

This is shocking. You cannot provide dead business lines, leave a company unable to operate properly, blame it on a mast when other lines work, and then threaten a huge termination fee for leaving.

Terrible service. No ownership. No accountability.

Failed to help phone does not work no mobile data and want to cancel contract. Refusing to call tried several times nothing

Avoid plan.com

Hate that any adjustment to your contract means you start a 3 year contract all over again. Also been requesting PAC codes for over 3 weeks!! stopped responding to me emails and dont answer the customer services tel number.
