As an avid 'puzzler' I am always looking for something different - ordered 4 puzzles - one called Mouse Party was missing THREE pieces! Nothing worse than coming to the end to find pieces missing! I crept on all fours scouring the floor to see if they had dropped but no - the only thing I noticed when opening the bag, it had split and there were a couple of pieces loose in the box! Gutted!
After reading the reviews I was worried but had a pleasant experience. Great website and speedy delivery. I will be buying from them again : )
Truly awful customer service, website nightmare to navigate, personally I did not find any info about delay in making items up obvious and ended up with a very expensive bunch of puzzles that arrived after they where needed, person that was dealing with my order could not have been less helpful, I guess I should be thankful they bothered to reply to messages at all!! Avoid!!!!

As you can see if you follow this link, the dispatch date is displayed rather prominently and in red at the start of a photo puzzle order:

Even though personalized products are legally excluded from the right to cancel, we tried to make an exception in your case and contacted our printers to find out if your puzzles' production could still be stopped and the order canceled.
However, as you remembered that you needed the puzzles earlier and contacted us once they had already been produced, this unfortunately wasn't possible anymore.
