Time for a change.

I SWITCHED FROM ATT OWNED DIRECT TV BECAUSE THEY KEPT JACKING UP THE PRICE and I couldn't be more sick of ATT. They just suck.

Incomplete installation

Technician was good. However he did not bury the line for the dish. Last time we had dish we did not have this issue.

installer great,ontime, polite, deals for dishnet hard to navigate thru.....

i have always found dish t.v. customer service to be great.... dish net, offers as advertised in local paper,were difficult to navigate thru, many offers and restrictions differ for different areas....a 2 year commitment for a service i have never had was a bit hard to take, would have liked a trial period of lesser time frame..the installer was great, polite, on time, called ahead, and answered ?'s.....

From my 1st call to them thru installation, it was all a breeze!!!

Extremely helpful girl when I called to inquire about and set up service. We also wanted satellite internet and she steered us to the proper system for our needs. Tech showed up as scheduled the next day and did a nice clean and neat installation. He checked and replaced the existing cable and explained everything as he did it. He programmed the remote to our existing equipment and made sure we understood how the system worked before he left.

The tech Morris provided great customer service and answered any questions I had. The quality of the picture is very good.Thus far we just have received good service.
