I ordered some floss refill packs because I like the product and the packs contain only a very small amount of cardboard packaging. When the delivery arrived I found out that the refills had been out of stock and instead I had been sent 10 of the non-refill flosses, with 10 little glass bottles and metal lids. The floss itself is fine but I was surprised to have been sent the excess packaging - it was the opposite of what I hoped to achieve by buying from this shop.

I've emailed a couple of different emails on the website and used the contact form to explain that I would have happily waited for the item which I'd ordered if I'd been told it was out of stock, and to arrange to send the items back. I haven't had any response.

Ordered items on 13th Oct nothing arrived no responses from customer service at all!!!!!

Ordered my products on 1st September, and no goods have arrived. Several e-mails and phone calls which are not answered later, no response from the company, and no goods!! Be very wary of dealing with this company.

You sent me the wrong product, I still don’t have what I ordered 3 weeks ago. You don’t take calls and you don’t answer my emails.

I ordered a pack of bamboo toothbrush replacement heads for a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush. The item arrived promptly and was well packaged in sustainable packaging - all cardboard, no plastic. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pack of corn dental floss included, as that hadn’t been described on the website.

Unfortunately, the second time I used the first replacement head, one of the bristles detached from the head and remained in my mouth. A second bristle came loose at the same time and stuck out further than the remaining bristles.

I was disappointed with the quality, and contacted Planet Natura by email to request a refund, as the product is of an unsatisfactory quality and is not fit for purpose - the replacement heads are meant to last 2-3 months - but have received no reply and no refund.

I wouldn’t recommend the Planet Natura bamboo replacement brush heads, as the bristles don’t remain attached to the bamboo.

The reason for providing 3 stars is the promptness of delivery, the sustainable packaging, and the fact that it’s a lovely idea to be able to purchase plastic-free replacement brush heads; however, the design needs improving to ensure the bristles remain in place. Also, not replying to a disgruntled customer means I shan’t be purchasing from them again.

I haven't received my order, and I have had no response to the email I sent. I have had to make a claim through paypal.

Flosspicks have drooping floss combined with the shallow shape it doesn't reach down to the gumline. It seems to be designed for people with short teeth. The pick part is a strange shape, not set at a comfortable angle & it's quite thick, it would be okay for wide gaps between teeth.

Fab company to order from. Love their bamboo floss, so much better than the plastic stuff in shops. Delivery is good. Fully recommend them.

I have not received the order and have not had any response to any contact efforts. This is disappointing as the product is very good and not had any issues in the past.

The products are good. The customer response could be better. I made a mistake on my address for an order, I contacted them 3 times to resolve it and got no reply, but they did action it and I got my product.

Items never arrived and got no response to emails or phone calls- luckily paid by PayPal and got a refund through them

Ordered bamboo dental floss. Quick enough delivery with minimal packaging, which I appreciate. Nothing much else to say!
