AWFUL COMPANY

It took them 16 days after they received the item back to refund me. I was about to seek legal advice to get my money back. Most of the time they ignore messages. I also had to pay to return the items which was stated limited edition but they were just standard ones even tho they had confirmed they were the limited releases. Won't use Planet of Entertainment again. The worst company I've encountered.

After having a look into this we have seen that the items you were sent were indeed limited edition, which is the reason for our reply. Unfortunately there are multiple limited edition versions of these titles that have been available in the market. The product descriptions on our site match the product you were sent and If we had known you were looking for the original Deluxe edition’s we would have replied accordingly. We understand that you were disappointed and regret that you were unhappy with your purchase.
