Easy, polite staff, no hidden charges

Great pick up and drop off, great value and sized car for our trip

The process of getting the car and returning was quick, they offer a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which is great. The option that doesn’t require a credit card is also very helpful.

this was the best experience I have had in hiring a car abroad. It was so easy from start to dropping the car off. no pressure to take out extra insurance. Just signed a few forms and took pictures of car and off we went. On returning the car again filled car with fuel, took pictures of car again. Man looked over car and said all was good and then took us back to the airport. very easy. will use again Thank you for making our holiday one to remember. The staff were really nice and helpful. booking was easy done it online. service was excellent.

I like the car. But I waited for so long to pickup the car.

Booked 2 cars for our family for Pula airport, when we arrived both cars were ready and waiting, lovely cars in a good clean condition, will use again.

You advertised that the pick up was on airport. Not true. Because my plane was delayed I had to pay an extra 60 euros when I picked up the car. I had a puncture the following morning. I changed the tire myself. When I returned the car they charged me another 249 euros. Personal I feel this is extortionate. Therefore I will not be recommending you or using you again.

Price for the car rental was great considering the hire was for a large suv and the insurance worked well even though you still get an attempt to sell you insurance by the car rental company on arrival which was GoBy Car so be prepared to hand over you credit card for that 1.3k deposit. Not sure why you don't get the option to select which insurance you want as that would be treating customers more fairly and give them a choice to have insurance directly from the car rental co which then means no huge deposits needed.

The car was suitable for my needs, and was clean inside. The staff at Drivalia were friendly. The price was great.

All was good and nice experience the staff was very friendly and polite but they need to have a stand in the arrivals because it took me almost one hour to be sorted

We used OtoQ for our car hire in Chania. It is always difficult to know exactly what you are booking but I was very impressed, and much better than other companies we have used in Chania before. I was messaged the day before about our booking, car collection was smooth and quick and then return was similar. Small misunderstanding about number of car seats that were needed but this was fixed very fast. Car seats excellent quality. Would book again.

Unfair and Unpolite.
We had a very bad experience with Planet Cars based in Plagiari/Salonicco:
- we picked a car that was still dirty and they charged 80 Euros for cleaning
- we asked for a reciept of the return of the security deposito and they refused to give It
- they were very pressing on proposing their additional assurance
- they didn't let me use the toilet

Easy and convenient collection. Friendly, English-speaking, honest staff. Satisfactory vehicle at suitable price.
