Booking made well in advance, for a return to UK for a wedding. So it was good to hear from you a few days beforehand without having to check all was in order. It wasn’t made clear that the office wouldn’t be open until 0600 when we had an early morning flight, we dropped the car off at 0510

I was a little surprised at first as I was expecting on airport rental but it was actually offsite, this however was not a problem at all, we were met at the exit gate by a man holding a sign who drove us to the offsite office , this was all very smooth and the whole process only took around 15 minutes and then we were off. The car was in great condition and very clean, the return process was also very easy and we were dropped off at the airport.

Friendly and helpful staff, easily found the desk in the airport, car was only a few hundred metres away from terminal and was a very high spec brand new car. Would 100% use this same company again.

The car hire collection point was just a short walk from terminal and the whole process was very efficient with no waiting.

Make sure you read all info before you collect the car ie what credit cards are accepted etc and the amount of damage deposit that needs to be held on your card if you don’t take out their excess insurance.

Overall a very smooth experience.

I had a very pleasant experience with planet rentalcars, the process was very smooth, the waiting time was less than 10 minutes to collect and return the car. Great customer service! I would recommend this company and would definitely use it again.

The car we were given was almost new, spotless in its presentation and a Hybrid model.
This meant that despite covering a reasonable number of miles in our 11 days hire the fuel required to re-fill the car was only 18 Euros. The staff we encountered were both friendly and very efficient.

All went smoothly. Price good. Car good. No issues.

From the moment I arrived at the pick up desk to the time we dropped back the car we had nothing but a great experience. The staff knew exactly what we wanted went above and beyond to help with maps and tips were to go on the island and when we dropped back the car the young lady was very pleasant and helpful I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Well done team
