As far as this site is concerned, it is first-class. I may have a bad rating, and I certainly never take any notice of what other people say in reviews, and if they let me down, I don't use them again; it is as simple as that.

I use many online casinos I didn't listen to the reviews but have now experienced what everyone else has.

Made a deposit, withdrew my winnings and now my account is locked with no money and no explanation. This will now cause me weeks of hell whilst I do what I can to get my money back

This Betting Company is a complete joke I deposited £100 gambled no problem won £150 profit then my account all of a sudden suspended. I got an email to send across all my documents I did as requested 3 days later no contact today I have received an email saying my account has been closed no reason given I did everything according to they’re terms and conditions my £250 taken Scamming company I will be reporting this to the gambling comissons how these are allowed to operate as a company is a complete joke I want my money back!!! Held an account for about a year making (small) bets and getting instant payment of winnings every time - literally in my bank account within an hour. No issues at all.

I have won some money on roulette then it says issue contact customer support. I message them then I get no email back apart from I have to verify my account? I have had it for months. Seems very dodgy the fact they owe me money but won’t reply but can send that email? I also have proof of the win.

Made several deposits, been paid out small amounts. Made 2 small deposits in one day and account suspended fill in a questionaire to unlock. Done that not unlocked, so self excluded which means they have to return my balance.
If they want documents they should ask before 1st deposit. I assume from their very low limits and other's experience they have no intention of paying out even £20k, will just string you along asking for more documents. Luckily I never won big, will stick to betting with cash in a shop.

A double was placed, the 1st leg won and the 2nd part was on an NFL player. The game KO was some 7hrs after the bet was placed.

The 2nd leg won and the return was due to be £3,250 odd.

They subsequently said that the 2nd selection was incorrect and should be 7/5 and not 5/1. They had over 7 hrs to sort this (pre game and during) and we can all agree that should the roles be reversed (should be 5/1 and they gave 13/8), they would have ignored it and let it be.

Anyway, I was out of pocket by over £2,000!

To make it worse, I spent £300 on saver bets on the NFL thinking I'd get some sort of return as a worse case scenario.

Not only have they ignored and delayed responding (after chasing several times), of course they referred to their "get of jail free" card by saying it's in their t's & C's.

They gave a £250 free bet which is nothing when I'm out of pocket by £2,000 (shortfall in bet payment) and £300 in saver bets.

They simply do not care and value their customers.

The only way to contact them is via email. There is no chat or phone facility so ignoring things is easy from them.

It just shows that these organisations can basically do what they want and make up any odds and say "it was an error" at any stage they want!
