Dishonest, lying bookmaker, zero customer service. Gives good odds, waits until bet is settled then drastically reduces odds AFTER the bets have settled. How they are allowed to continue operating and committing fraud I will never know.

My first £50 played was taken the highest winnings I had was £1.00 bresbet is the same identical layout and the same amount lost thieves, don't waste your time or money

Absolutly fantastic site I've played at many over the years I do not see why it has negative reviews can't fault anything whatsoever withdrawals have all been payed within one day customer service fantastic and the range of games is superb.

If I could give no stars then I would

I set up an account and deposited using my boyfriends cards ‘with his permission’ I deposited £50 originally and ended up winning £2500 which I withdrew, I was then told that the withdrawal was declined by my bank ‘I called them and the bank said this was a lie and was not attempted’ I then completed all the KYC checks as well as my boyfriend along with written proof he had allowed me to use his card. I was then told that it was a breach of t&c an they would not pay out my winnings and instead refunded the deposit, I questioned this and they refused to answer me except to say that the decision was made.

Would not recommend using at all unless you just want to waste money

Please do not use this gambling company. They allowed me to make multiple deposits and successful withdrawals without any account verification in place. I was going to withdraw my balance, but found my account was suspended and I’m dispute with them regarding receiving this money. There customer service team are not responding to my emails and I’m having to explore other options with getting my money back. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, so beware of this company.

Awful site. I signed up using a promotion for 50 free spins when you have deposited and spent £20. I did that and never received the spins. Customer service is also non existent.

Made a deposit and got lucky to make my first Withdrawal. Funds in my account in a matter of couple of hours.

Only thing that is a little off putting is the lack of a Live Chat.

I opened an account on their sister site and spent a lot of money. As I did not verify my account was suspended. I explained that I could not provide verification as I have a gambling problem and opened the account using false details. They blocked my account. However I was able to open another account using same details on this sister site and I deposited over 2000 and no checks were made and I emailed them stating I had a gambling problem and no one got back to me . I have requested a refund as they failed to do safety checks and there was no verification made. They do not respond to complaints
