Consider delivery options for flexibility/physical impairments etc
Love the tiles and the purchasing experience was simple so all good :-) I don't think it's very cool that you only gave a kerbside delivery option - there is a perfectly easy delivery alleyway behind my house but the delivery chap told me he'd been told he wasn't allowed to go round to that road because the walk was too long. Which meant that on my own (with arthritic wrists) I had to carry an entire pallet of tiles up 2 flights of stairs from the main road which did make me have a little cry by the last box!

To explain, our website does state that larger orders are delivered kerbside because we use external couriers who have set rules to follow. That said, we completely understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we never want any of our customers to struggle. I had a fantastic experience ordering my bathroom tiles from Planet Tiles! I wasn’t sure what would work best in my space, so I sent in a moodboard request along with details of my chosen bathroom suite and fixtures. They came back with some great options, and I ordered samples, which arrived really quickly. After deciding on the perfect tile, I placed my order and got a delivery date of the 3rd. I couldn’t take the delivery that day, so I called, and a very helpful gentleman rearranged it for the 4th, when I’d be home. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely order from them again!
