We work hard to ensure our website images are as accurate as possible, but as these are marketing images, there can sometimes be slight variations depending on lighting and individual settings. I’ve noted that we currently don’t have a single-tile image on the listing for the California Colours Patchwork Tiles, and I’ll have our team add this to provide even more clarity.
We always recommend that customers order a sample before committing to a full order, as this helps ensure the tile is exactly what you’re looking for in your specific space.

Wrapped very well
Wrapped very well, however at least 6 of my 24 were chipped, must of been like this when packed, had enough for what I needed so no big drama

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. Wonderful quality tiles at a fraction of the price of competitors. When the tiler opened a box and discovered that one of the deliveries from some months back had the wrong tiles, the Planet Tiles Sales Team got a new batch to Scotland in under 24 hours.

Planet Tiles Avoid!!
Planet Tiles go by the name planettilesonline on eBay. Avoid this company. Tried buying from them but item never arrived. They did not reply when I contacted them and no refund was given until eBay got directly involved. The item was never posted.
This con firm should be avoided at all costs.

Running a business myself, I have to say that this PLANET TILES customer service is genuinely EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I bought some tiles from Planet Tiles last week and unfortunately 5 arrived broken. I immediately contacted Planet Tiles to let them know about the damage. Their reply was to immediately refund my delivery fee and to send out replacement tiles within days, free of charge.
The tiles are absolutely gorgeous and will look amazing on my 'Art Deco' inspired en-suite.
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tiles good. Delivery bad
Tiles are of good quality and finish but as others state the delivery service is very poor. They would need to stop using the outsourced delivery company they have now and to put in place a system where they know where their orders are to own the experience customers need. At present I would not use them again.

Terrible delivery and customer service
Terrible delivery and customer service. Delivery did not arrive, then attempt made to deliver on wrong day, then they technically ‘lost’ my delivery. Seems their delivery company outsourced, and a warehouse man ‘found’ my delivery in the back of the warehouse. Called the company, who said they would look into it, and according to their records, tiles had been delivered on original date. Still waiting for their call back! I would not recommend this company.

Disappointed
Great choice and price, however tiles arrived on the wrong day without warning I had taken the day off which was wasted and it was pure luck I was home. Then they were all wet, the tiles were then damaged with residue from the back of the tiles which took hours to scub off. Can't get through on the phone and no response to email, delivery was really expensive, disappointed and wouldn't use again

Shocking customer service, avoid.
Customer service is absolutely shocking!! Emailed with no response, phoned several times and kept getting told, we’ll call you back with an update on my order but heard nothing. Lady on the phone seemed disinterested in my query and clearly not trying to help in any way. I'd avoid this business if you want good customer service and purchase tiles elsewhere.

Lovely tiles, but far more importantly, extremely helpful team. The ones I wanted were out of stock, and they walked me through every step of the delivery from their stockists, put a back up option on hold 'just in case', and generally went the extra mile. Thank you!

Really lovely ordering experience
Really lovely ordering experience the chap phone could not have been more helpful! Then just when you think they couldn't be better - I speak to Helen who cheerfully and efficiently moved my delivery date and address- customer service to be proud of.
furthermore, I have seen the same tiles so much more expensive on other sites. Very excited to see the tilles but so far so good - good old-fashioned customer service!!

garbage! total waste of time and money! I ordered tiles from their website, recieved dispatch notification the day after, 4 days later I emailed to ask for a shipping update, their response was that there was a glitch on their system and I wasn't properly charge for the dispatch and they just refunded and cancelled the order... not good! now im a week behind thanks a lot!
