I ended up having to pay twice for a ticket due to the incompetence of planmydebs Website and payment process.

I have read some of the comments on this company, and I agree entirely. I suggest the small claims court, this is where I am heading, it is very low cost -€25 and can be done on line. The thing that is bothering is that they are still arranging Debs for local schools!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like many others leaving comments I cannot get to speak to anybody and email response is automated. Would anybody have a copy of their t&c's from 2019 as I am going to take this further.

Do NOT go with this company to organise your debs. They have messed myself and my year group around with our debs, changing the terms and conditions after covid hit, insisting that we must now follow the terms of the new t&cs rather than the ones that we actually signed. Uncooperative and uncommunicative regarding those of us looking for refunds due to changes in circumstance. If you are looking for a debs company, find a different one.

I am disgusted at this company, our debs has been postponed 4 times and the company decided to change their terms and conditions and refuse to give refunds. Imagine robbing off and taking advantages 18/19 years and 20 year olds who can barely afford to go to college etc, are you not embarrassed. I am down €200 because of this absolute hoax of a company. DO NOT PLAN YOUR DEBS WITH THEM!! Everyone is suffering because of this pandemic and people like this don’t help bunch of c**wards won’t even have the decency to answer their phone or emails. What sort of business is this .

Horrendous company, extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service. If you’re writing an email expect an automated reply and never a reply written by a human. The company correspondent has blocked my number and no longer replies to my texts and the company never reply with actual emails they constantly send automated responses.
The correspondent told us we could get refunds on our tickets after the event had been postponed 4 times and then took their word back.
They also changed their terms & conditions and the old t&cs that my school signed under stated we could get a refund if the event is postponed or rescheduled.
Very unprofessional company ran by children who can’t be bothered to answer your emails and will block you if you have an opinion they don’t like.

Do not plan your debs with this company! They are uncooperative, the staff are unhelpful and they continue to refuse to give refunds to those who cannot attend - or won’t attend, as it has been over a year since the event was originally planned to go ahead. They have taken nearly €200 from each student in the year and the event cannot even be held as previously intended. They will not stick to their original terms and conditions as agreed, and they changed them to suit themselves and take advantage of students.

My daughter's debs from 2019 never happened , these organisers keep pushing the dates ,refuse to refund or even partially refund the ticker price. They just keep saying it will happen but when is the question ,when the girls finish college!! The majority of the girls don't even want to attend the debs anymore and they have approximately 200 euro from each girl . Not recommended to do business with , they are taking advantage of teenage girls .
